Wendy's — Restaurant in Mansfield

Went to this location today in hopes of getting a great meal before going to my 2nd shift, whichever I was starving and had nothing to eat all day, so I made a quick stop to this Wendy's location. Everything went well until after paying, and the lady handed me my order soon after receiving Mt food and drink I told the lady I didn't order a regular lemonade it was strawberry lemonade which wasn't a big deal however I assume it was the manager who came to the window missing more teeth than the tooth fairy and one one the rudest managers ever especially on this side of town because Mansfield normally have really nice people at the window, however this manager made the situation waaay more than what it was instead of just saying ma'am we thought you ordered a regular flavor lemonade and the strawberry is an uncharged the problem would have been solved but instead he came to the window with an attitude of a giant as tall as he was fir absolutely nothing so I politely asked for my money back and left because if my money isn't appreciated I'll take it were it is. I will never go back to this place again, especially with the attitude this man had clearly not safe...

I went there and got 2 10 piece chicken nuggets and a 5 dollar biggie bag one of my 10 piece was well done and fresh but the the rest of my order was cold as ice and old I called up and talked to Maria and she was very rude and was like “you asked for one 10 piece well done but you didn’t say fresh for the rest of the order” since when do you have to say fresh the food should already be fresh after arguing with her for almost 10 minutes she said she would remake one 10 piece and only 4 nuggets when all of our fries was cold and the burger then when I went up there the next day she was never never rude so I drove off and she slammed the window like your the manger showing the example for all your other workers you need to do better and hire...

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is very unprofessional. Not to mention the manager who’s in charge, yelling and over working her employees I was waiting for my order and was listening to how she she mistreats her employees during a lunch rush. I myself was in a toxic fast food environment and I recognize a rude manager when I hear one. Abusing their position and making others feel less than. She should feel shame and embarrassment for treating and yelling at her own employees this way. And this is every time I come during my break. The short Hispanic manager with brown hair needs to learn basic manners and how to treat others with kindness...
