Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Manteca

Location is so good, everything is clean, employees are nice. But thats where the good stops.

The blended lemonade (the only thing I get) is literally ice with a hint of lemonade. Like, cheap shaved ice and snow cones carts have more flavor, and I'm not being hyperbolic. The drinks are too expensive to just be a cup of lightly flavored ice. Idk about their other drinks but I would imagine they're just as cost-cuttingly bland.

Also, while the employees are so nice and should absolutely be appreciated for what they do... They need to remember they're at work. Have fun at work, by all means! Be silly, make friends with coworkers and customers, keep yourself happy. I don't believe in expecting employees to be robots. But. When the line is long is not the time to spend 10 minutes socializing with the driver of one car while ignoring the building line. I can't express enough how much I dont want this to come across as wanting employees to be any less themselves. I just believe priorities need a little shifting and balancing. Again: all employees are so nice and very pleasant to interact with, and should be appreciated regardless!

PS, if youre a blended lemonade lover like myself, do yourself a favor and go to the Ripon location. Your taste buds...

I just need to give a huge thank you to the sweet angel of a woman who was outside taking orders tonight (5/30/2025). I have been up since 2am with my extremely colicky newborn and finally decided to load him up in the car and take a little drive to see if I could get him to settle down, and decided I was definitely going to need a coffee to survive tonight. When she walked up to my car to take my order, she simply asked “how are you doing tonight?” And I immediately started tearing up. Overwhelmed. Burnt out. Exhausted. All of the above. I told her briefly about the day I had, she took my order, and then told me that the drinks were free (cue the uncontrollable sobbing lol) It may sound ridiculous, but that small gesture had a huge impact on the day I had been having.. We visit this location daily and always have incredible service, but tonight truly was above and beyond. I wish I would have gotten her name, but I hope she sees this and knows that her kindness made a...

I’m not going to lie we ordered pickup through window and it let me and there was a sign that said it was closed and they people inside made me wait 30 minutes to get the wrong drink I ordered the raspberry boba and they gave me the strawberry boba. I asked the guy 3 times if it was raspberry and he said yeah after I waited 30 and watched them horse around inside. Never...
