Crumbl — Restaurant in Manteca

I ordered on the app for pick up and when I walked in the store no one acknowledged me. Okay, no big deal. I dont expect every customer to be greeted. I waited for about 10 minutes and still no one acknowledged my presence. The other customers who came in afterwards were greeted and asked if they would like to place an order or for pick up. Now, I'm starting to feel a bit bothered by this. Other customers were assisted besides me. I waited for the next employee to call out an order and I then asked the employee about my order. It turns out my order was ready the entire time. I literally watch the worker grab my order from the table in front of me. 0/5 stars. I can no longer get the time I wasted back. Waiting awkwardly as everyone tried their best to avoid me. Mind you there were only like 4 customers in the store. What a night. I hope no else...

We came by to support the local grand opening and waited in line for 20 minutes to place our order. It was advertised and there's a table full of grand opening day cookies where the workers grab and hand out with your order, but for whatever reason they didn't give us any? Seems pretty selective... not as advertised for a grand opening event. Otherwise the cookies are fine - this is a Crumbl like any other. Would not recommend this franchisee - poor customer service and false advertising. It looked like a couple other people also didn't get any either while they have a table behind the counter full...

I would rate this place a solid 6-7 out of 10. The cookies were very delicious, and I especially loved that they were warm when I got them! The staff was fast and very nice when we asked questions, which made the experience even better. The place was very clean and had a cute pink interior that added a nice touch. Not bad on the price either — 3 mini cookies for $10. Overall, a tasty treat...
