McDonald's — Restaurant in Manteca

I would give them ZERO if I could. I waited for over 3 minutes at the speaker to even place my simple 3 item order. I was about to drive off when someone finally took my order. Once I arrived at the window to get my food, I received ICE COLD FRIES and when I attempted to get their attention, I was ignored several times by this crew as they stood there and goofed around ignoring me. When one of them finally came back to the window I asked him to remake the order as it was cold, and I was met with attitude. I watched as he pulled all my items from the bag and walk around the corner with the fries to return less than a minute later with the same ICE COLD FRIES. After having put the fries and the other sandwich back in the same bag, I watched as he walked elsewhere with the other sandwiches. He returned with the same sandwich warped in the same paper having not remade anything in my order. I don't think that it is too much to ask for proper service when I was nothing but respectful to them and was ignored several times by this crew as they stood there and goofed around. This was a waste of my time and my hard-earned money for food I can't eat. I will make damn sure everyone I know does not go to this...

The order kiosk was messed up and couldn't take payments so it printed the order and said to take it to the cashier. The guy was new and wasn't sure how to ring the order and asked the manager for help she did not help him. We asked 3 times did you ring up meals because the total was less then they kiosks said he said yes. Of course it was wrong no meals. So we asked to order fries this is after waiting 15 minutes for the first order to be rang up the employee asked a couple times for the managers help but she did not help. Then the manager comes over to ring up the fries that were not in our order with an attitude doesn't even apologize for the wait or the inconveniences of paying twice and having to pay more because it was not rang up right the first time.The guy weather he was new or not should have known how to ring up a order but the fact that the manager didn't even try to help him then gave us attitude was completely unprofessional. I will not go back here!! I will drive to another location...

I rather give them no stars worst McDonald's in the country. Went to drive through tonight I was in the right hand side of the drive-thru on the left hand side two people took their orders before me while I waited there for a half hour then I asked him why did you take two orders before me when I was already in line he acted like he didn't understand English so I paid him and proceeded to the next window there I asked him if my cheeseburgers had no cheese like I asked and no pickles he continued to hand me the bag and act like he didn't hear me didn't get his name cuz I was already too pissed off waiting in line already whatever you do avoid this McDonald's if you're in a rush and yes my cheeseburgers had cheese when I ordered no cheese and pickles what is the most inconsiderate McDonald's actually this is the worst one in Manteca no apologies or nothing they just acted like they didn't speak English, but they took my order need to fire these inconsiderate and rude...
