Gravity Coffee — Restaurant in Maple Valley

Experiences have varied. I had a great experience the first time, with tasty drinks for both a friend and myself; fast service, and I left a 5-star review. I'm editing that, because I tried being a repeat customer.

The 2nd time was good.

3rd time was still fast, but the drinks were poorer tasting—one was too sweet, the other was a little bland.

The 4th time, traffic was backed up across the way, into the Walgreens parking lot, but the line moved quickly. I just got something for myself that time—so it was just 1 drink. It was so awful that I threw it away. The tossed order was the Area 51, which had been the same, once tasty drink I'd ordered the 1st time. The 1st time I ordered it it, it was delicious. On later reorder it wasn't minty, and tasted bland.

So, how tasty a drink is seems to depend on who makes it, because the quality isn't consistent here. But they do have consistently fast service. I haven't been back for a couple of weeks now, but may try them again...

I used to swing by this location everyday if not twice a day, not so much anymore. Although I have slowed down I came through not long ago after like 3+ months or so. I have to tell ya Ashley C. is hands down the best! Her smile & bubbly personality shine brightly when greeted at the window or counter. I have never seen her with a sad face. She has recognized my car. She has recognized me even when I ever ride in someone else car. She really does show she loves her job by remember her customers and their orders even if she works at different locations. She has remembered my drink to the “T”( Peach, pineapple, coconut, heavy cream, pink or purple base light ice ) & fast making them. I can only speak about the Maple Valley location, but I have nothing but great experiences to talk about. Me and my mom go here almost every weekend. My mom sometimes goes during the week as well. Everyone is always super nice and the drinks are great. Maple Valley is a little limited on places to get food and drinks, so Gravity tends to get a little busy at times, but if they’re able, the girls leave the shop and take orders from the cars in line to speed up the process.
