Second time I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut in the last month and my order was messed up both times the first time I was told a credit would be applied to my account and I could order through the app the next time and it would be automatically applied. Well, the next time was today and it was not automatically applied. Also, my order was messed up again so I called explained the situation and as I’m working out how I’m going to get my credit as well as the refund for the pizza they messed up this time. The person on the phone has the audacity to hurry me along because they are busy. It’s not my fault my pizza was messed up or that the last time my pizza, my pasta and my soda was incorrect. And you want to hurry me along because you’re busy? I was also informed credits. Don’t automatically apply when you order through the app. You have to call in AND they expire within 30 days. That’s so shady when it’s your fault. A consumer should be able to use their credit anytime they want. So buyer beware just get a refund don’t take a credit. It’s unfortunate because I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut for years, might just have to go back to Papa...
Read moreSo for many years I convinced myself that Dominos was better than Pizza Hut, but finally caved and gave the Hut a second chance...SO glad I did! The quality and price are much better, and I love that they actually put a reasonable amount of toppings on my pizza and they actually spread the toppings out to the crust (I worked in pizza for over 7 years, so I feel that I am pretty picky). This location is particularly amazing, there have been a couple of times where something was either forgotten or a little off (bound to happen) and when I called to let them know, they insisted on making it right that night! There was one evening where I had ordered diet pop (we have a diabetic in our family) and they accidentally brought sugar pop, so I called and let them know about the mistake and not only did they bring our diet pop out, but they insisted we keep the sugar pop (my kids were stoked about that). Anyhow I cannot sing enough praises about this location! Every single time I’ve contacted this store, they have been easy-going, kind and fun to interact with. Never once had a bad experience and we eat way too much pizza! Hope...
Read moreFirst the foods alright, but they got it wrong. Second, they only have one delivery driver on a Saturday? They called me saying their drivers car broke down I’d either have to wait almost 3 hours or come pick it up. Would of been ok but they Never apologized for the inconvenience or offered a discount. I even had to ask them to change my order to the carry out price and that alone sounded like an even bigger inconvenience for him. And when I got there to pick up two of the cooks told me I would just have to wait a second for someone to grab my pizza but of course It took an awkward amount of time all while watching one guy sit in the back on his phone. When I finally asked the cook for my pizza the other guy (Jeff?) made his way up and was quiet rude I’d say, his tone to me and the cook was short tempered or something I was kinda shocked. Sorry but it shouldnt take too much time out of your paperwork/phonework to hand me my pizza my dudes.
