Leeann Chin — Restaurant in Maplewood

Well I'm a big spender when it comes to Lee Ann Chin in my opinion I go to different ones often than I probably should. Walked in after long 10hr shift to grab grub and I'm literally standing watching a worker wipe down around heaters food contains but the food particles that fell out of pan onto counter she literally put back into food.i immediately said your not suppose to do that and she looked at me like I was alien of sort and she went into explaining how clean the counter is etc..I said no its contaminated food then I asked her name she said Kendra I ask her position I was horrified when she said manager and I ask for my food to be made fresh and waited but after she made it she threw rest onto contaminated food she refused to discard. She clearly has been doing this and because she was trying to convince me how clean the counter was that she wipes with this contaminated towel all day is ok. She clearly should not be in the position and have the title of manager you are serving ppl food off the counter and yess she did to the customers behind me because she didn't discard. I will never eat there again because if not getting fresh and watching i will always think of the contaminated food she served, with no apologies for what she did and throw it out! This is grounds for disciplinary action..Yuck..Kendra. you know exactly who's you are and the customer...

Ordered our food... Staff behind the counter was great. Got our food, paid, sat down to eat quick (was on the verge of my blood sugar dropping), and as I go to take my first bite, the manager on duty comes out and tells us that we can't sit in the restaurant and have to leave because they close in 15-minutes (though the sign outside said they are open till 8, and we sat down a little before 7:30) and stated everyone has to leave right when they close.

Advised the manager it will easily take us less than 15-minutes to eat (we only got the an entrée without rice, so small bowl). She continued to argue with us and implying that we were stupid to think we could sit in the restaurant bc the staff was already mopping and they had a specific TV off (which we hadn't even noticed).

Rude, rude, rude. 🤯 (PS, we got back into our car at 7:44 PM, and can guarantee they did not close in 15-minutes like the manager said and were continuing to serve customers till after that.)

I would rate a zero if possible I was just in the restaurant 3 mins ago went to place my order the same order I place every Single time Beef and broccoli without the broccoli because I am Allergic to Brock. I have never ever ever had any one tell me you can’t do that at any location. I also go to this location 213 times a month. The lady came running from the kitchen part days “you can not do that!!!”it is not allowed and I am the manager. I said I’m sorry I order this every time from here and other locations I am allergic to broccoli and it’s the only item I eat from here. She was super super rude and said no I will give you very little meat and plate of carrots. Excuse me?? I am so disappointed in how she handled this and I was told by distric managers you can order anything on the menu and mix it or make it any way you want to. If she is or was the manager she needs to take some classes on professionalism along with how to speak to people and customers!! I will never return to...
