Don’t waste your time or money. The other locations in the area are much better.
I went in to this location 2 days ago. The app said my food was being prepped for over 20 minutes. I had to wait over the time it was expected. I sat in the parking lot for over 20 minutes. When I got inside it smelt like wet, dirty rags that had been sitting. The bread of our pizzas was hard and thin and i had ordered hand tossed 🤷♀️; it was not fluffy like the other locations. There was no garlic sauce on our pizza or pepperoni cheesy bread. I thought maybe I didn’t add it on the app; but today the manager, Autumn, assured me it should be on all the items. I requested a refund, replacement, or at least a discount for the inconvenience since no one would eat it and my kids ended up snacking that night instead of eating cardboard pizza. Autumn let me know that because I didn’t call the same day there was nothing they could do. I didn’t call because I assumed they must be super busy since they let my order sit for 20 minutes (being prepped). Then forgot to call to check later in the evening. I guess they can forget to put what comes on my order on my order but I can’t forget 😂 Autumn also told me she was the only manager on duty for the next two weeks 🤔 sounds exhausting 😂 After smelling the inside of this location, I knew I would have a hard time eating the food but they made it much easier. Read moreAbsolutely terrible customer service. I live 0.3 miles away. I ordered online. Online said I'd have my order around 35 minutes. 1 hour and 20 minutes later I still have no pizza. I got an email saying they're sorry that the delivery was bad. So I called to see what was going on. Told Tyler on the phone told me they sometimes send out confirmation emails before the food arrives. Which is when I realized he didn't listen to what I had said. So when I told him that and reiterated that what the email said, he told me he had to transfer me to a manager so they could better understand it to me. Then when talking to Sabrina the supervisor, I asked how long it would take for me to get a pizza and she said she's telling people that its a 3 hour wait. So I told her that the online ordering system should reflect that then. I asked for the name of the associate that transferred me to her and all she would say is I dont know. So I told her that I dont mean to sound rude when I say this but as a member of the management staff all you're giving me is an excuse indeed saying I don't know, instead of just going and asking your associates which one of them it was. First had an issue with the breadsticks it says on the website and receipt that a 2oz thing of marinara is included but the cashier made me pay for one. Not an extra one. One that is suppose to come with the breadsticks. Got home and realized my order is wrong only one pizza was correct. I have a kid who can’t eat red sauce and ordered a pep with white sauce. So I called the store to speak with a manager who proceeded to argue with me about the marinara sauce until I directed her where it said it was INCLUDED. I’m sorry but a manager needs to be informed of the policy of the store she’s running, and not argue with customers. What pizza place doesn’t include one thing of sauce for breadsticks? After arguing she quickly got me off the phone by offering a free medium pizza and free sauce which the sauce is suppose to be free and included.
