Frankie's South Philly Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Marana

I called and order that was messed up but they were closed by the time I got home and was able to feed my kid(they put hot peppers instead of sweet)so I called a couple days later the guy was very respectful and understanding and asked if I wanted it remade I explained I don't live on this side of town only work on this side of town so I don't know when I would be in the mood for another Philly cheesesteak so he put me in the ledger to come back at a later date well today happens to be that day that I wanted to go pick up the sandwich and the guy (apparently the same guy that are originally spoke with) was rude to me on the phone and in person basically call me a liar saying I already picked it up and I was like that impossible thinking he may be just made a mistake but it got down to the point where I felt so disrespected that I was called a liar that I even expressed that I will pay for my sandwich now until you guys can check your cameras to see I never came back in since I first ordered the sandwich that got messed up. I've gone to this restaurant several times, so to be called a liar like I'm just out for a handout is totally unacceptable especially with the tone he used and the surety he had in his voice. In the end he gave me my sandwich but it is so unappetizing and a turn off. I'm still so upset Even though it was replaced that just really left a bad taste in my mouth, Never in my life have I felt so disrespected by the manager. And I understand he has a job to do, but get your facts right or at least check the evidence before you call somebody a liar! Don't know if I will ever give this company another dollar, which sucks because I actually like...

I love this place! The Philly sandwiches are so tasty, and they load them with lots of meat. You can also double up on the cheese if you would like, and there are options to add mushrooms, as well as peppers, onions, and other things. The onions are a free add-on, but everything else will cost you a little bit extra, including extra cheese. Regular cheese is included. The ingredients they use are high-quality, and everything tastes great! The first time I came here, I ate inside the restaurant, and was super surprised with how filled up my sandwich was. So many other restaurants skimp on the meat in the cheesesteaks, and it’s really frustrating, especially considering how expensive it is to go out to eat now. This place doesn’t do that! I also wanted to test the theory on how well they would hold up on a to-go order, and because they wrap up the sandwiches the way they do, they were still nice and hot by the time I got home. First time at Frankie’s. I WILL BE COMING BACK!!! Ordered the ham and cheese cold sub and it did not disappoint. The bread was fresh with a soft inside and a slight crunch on the crust, making it a solid base for the fillings. The ham was sliced thin, giving it a nice, savory flavor without being overwhelming, and the portion was generous enough for each bite to feel balanced. The cheese added smooth creaminess that paired well with salty ham. The lettuce, tomato, and onion (sliced very thin)—were crisp and fresh, adding a refreshing crunch and just the right amount of moisture to the sandwich. I ordered heavy mayo and a drizzle some kind of Italian dressing tied everything together with a tangy finish. The rotini pasta salad had a smooth, slightly firm bite that held up well against the mix of sweet and savory flavors. The red bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, grated cheese and vinaigrette dressing created a unique savory and tangy taste in my mouth.
