Don't know who the girl was handling the drive thru on 12/20 at 7pm, and I don't know what her problem is. I'm not usually one for leaving reviews, let alone bad ones but she earned it. She took my order quickly and with attitude. I pull up to the window and she addresses me with disgust. She asked me to pull forward to wait for my food so I just requested for extra sauces in the bags (since most all of my food was just nuggets and frys) she rolled her eyes and said yeah and I pulled forward. They continued to ship 6 cars out of the drive thru before I got my order (2 ten piece, 2 kids nugget meals, and a burger meal) same girls scrapes her feet across the ground walking out to my car, hands me the bags without a word and walks away. I check the bags and all the nuggets were just thrown in the bag and not a single sauce in any bag. I walk inside to go ask for sauce and while I stand at the counter waiting looked at by a few employees but not addressed aside from the drive thru girl walking right passed me looking at me and doesn't say anything, again just made me feel like she's disgusted with me for whatever reason. Finally the guy who's bagging up everyone's food takes a second to help me even though he wasn't even of the multiple people who kept looking my direction and he was at least kind. Not a lot of places my kids will eat but will be crossing this one...
Read moreI would give them a zero if it was available. My husband went through this Wendy's drive through last week. When he got home everything in order was wrong with the exception of the frosty. They didn't give us a receipt but my husband called and talked to Alexis one of the Assistant Managers and she told him she'd write it all down and give us a refund when we come back in. My husband stopped in the next morning and the manager said since we didn't have a receipt he couldn't give a refund but he would send an email out telling all his management team that the next time we come in we could get that same order for free. He however never sent that email out! My husband went in tonight and the manager on duty knew nothing about it and called the manager who told her to tell us to come in Monday. She would not call tge manager back nor let him talk to the manager. Why? Why couldn't he tell her over the phone to make our order? Why do we have to waste our gasoline and time to make another trip up to Wendy's to get the order we should have had three trips ago. Read moreWe went hare last night around 10:20pm. Ordered a number 1 and a number 6. The girl at the window forgot about us as we sat there twice she said have a goodnight and we said uh can we have our food? She said oh yeah sorry about that then forgot us AGAIN and came back to the window and said hi how are you and we said still waiting for our food. Then she said oh I need you to pull forward and wait cause of the chicken sandwich. So we pull forward...ten minutes goes by, we decide to try to go inside to get our food but the doors locked. So then I call and a man answers and I tell them we are still waiting for our food. He says oh it’s right here I’ll bring it out. But then we wait another 5 minutes for it! I have NEVER had such a bad experience. We watched 6 cars come after us and leave with their food! NO EXCUSE. The girl tried to offer us two free frosties but I declined. Once I got home, I live literally across the street my food was so soggy like it had been left out for a long time. I will NEVER go to Wendy’s again! Thank you for forgetting about us THREE times!
