This was the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had. The staff was all young very inexperienced kids, including the Manager. We were not greeted when we walked in the door, 3 employees that were just standing around just looked up at us and still continued to stand there, we finally had to ask if we could just sit anywhere before anyone responded. One girl finally took our order. All 3 in our party ordered salads, 2 ordered wings, 1 with fries and 1 personal pan pizza. They brought out 1 salad and we had to ask to have the other 2 brought out which they brought out 1 at a time, at least 5 minutes apart. They brought out the personal pizza and nothing else of the rest of the order. Another 5 to 10 minutes passed and they finally brought out 1 order of wings. I asked why they were bringing out the order 1 item at a time and not the whole order together and was told, "Oh, that's just the way it is!" Another 10 minutes went by (after asking twice, and mind, you there were only 2 other table in the place that were occupied) they finally brought the other order of wings, which we sent back because they were still raw in the middle and after that they finally brought out the fries. The other order of wings had to be sent back as well because they were so salty you couldn't eat them. Prior to tonight we frequented this location at least once month.This is a whole new staff and clearly should not be left without adult supervision, so at this point I have no desire to go back until someone responsible takes control. The last three visits we had ordered the Pizza Hut Melts which had been BURNT to a crisp the last two times, so tonight when I called in, I asked the Hispanic employee who answered the phone if they still have their pasta dishes and he answered “No we don’t… not today.” which seemed odd since we always see the ads for their pasta on the windows whenever we’re inside the restaurant. I pressed him, asking “Are you sure? You don’t have any of the four pasta dishes you advertise?” And he replied with a curt “No!”. So I ended up ordering a large pan pizza with pepperoni, black olives and mushrooms. He repeated back all the ingredients including “green peppers”, so I corrected him and told him “No green peppers… just pepperoni, black olives and MUSHROOMS” which he repeated back to me. When my husband picked up the pizza, he asked “So you guys don’t have any pasta?” And a different, more friendly employee at the counter replied “We have pasta… we just don’t have any breadsticks. Is that okay?” to which my husband, frustrated because of what I had been told, said “Forget it!” and left with just the pizza. So the employee who took my order… flat out LIED to me. I could have got a pasta dish, but I was lied to. That takes bad service to a whole new level of bad. I paid for the pizza online, tipped online, and when the driver came to deliver the pizza he stood at the door waiting for us to sign the receipt. That is not contactless! On their website it even says “We’ll put your packaged order on a contactless delivery stand, and place it at the front of your door or in a designated delivery area, a driver will ring the doorbell to alert you that your order arrived safely and back up to a safe distance allowing you to grab your order. Pay online and pre-tip during checkout for a more contactless experience. Your receipt will be placed in the front edge of the box.” yet when I talked to the district manager, “Lupita” she said even though it’s contactless delivery, you still have to make contact with the driver to sign the receipt and that is their policy. Not according to Pizza Huts website Lupita! How is that contactless?? Dominos came at the same time Pizza Hut did since my daughter doesn’t like Pizza Hut, and they walked up, delivered the pizza, and went back to their car and drove off. Pay attention Lupita, THAT is contactless delivery. Sounds like she needs more training on their policies. I will be reaching out to corporate and won’t be back because of Lupita.
