Arby's — Restaurant in Marietta

If I could I would give this place a zero. It has absolutely nothing to do with the food. But all the other issues, they are currently doing construction at this location. I understand that there are complications when that is going on. But they have no signs. Their dining room is closed for construction. No sign just a locked door. This place is constantly packed and a line for drive-through that you are waiting in for about 15 to 25 minutes. Then once you finally get to order they tell you they are taking cash only. Again no sign anywhere….. parking here is absolutely atrocious, it is a one-way so you get stuck even if you’re trying to leave which makes the drive-through line that much longer and much harder to get into. Before I even went (knowing they had construction) I tried to call, I called three times...

They've really gone downhill.

I visited this store with a friend from near the Marrietta, OH area. The manager was passive aggressive to his crew, who in turn moved at a glacial pace even though there was only a couple in front of us and two behind.

My friend couldn't seem to get the correct sandwich as they kept losing track of it, but they gave him a free shake for waiting...and waiting (I had to wait, too, btw, but no free shake, lol).

We finally get out of there after perhaps 20 minutes and I'm trying one of their gyro wraps that I'd never had before. It was tasteless and a bit tough to tear off a piece, actually. I had also ordered my usual, but it turned out to be my buddy's missing sandwich!

Thanks for taking my money and ruining my lunch. Someone's dogs ate...

I ordered a wagu burger with only cheese and they gave me one with cheese and burger sauce. When I told them it had sauce the older woman who wasn’t wearing a name tag looked at the tab and said “it says no sauce so there’s no sauce”. I actually had to open up the burger and show them the sauce was on there. They then proceeded to argue with me saying it wasn’t sauce even though the sauce was orange with peppers it and a dripping off of the meat and bun. I cannot believe I had to argue with someone over fixing my burger. I have never been treated this way and will never eat at this Arby’s or any other Arby’s again if this is how they treat...
