I've been going to this location for years. No problems till about 2 years ago when consistently my order would be wrong when ordered through the drive thru. So I started ordering online and picking up thru drive thru, and that solved the issue of them being incapable of taking an order correctly to save their lives. Recently I've been getting the southwest salad and the single tortilla strips that it comes with isn't enough. I like the salad crunchy so I always ask for more. Every single time I subtract the bell peppers in the app to add another chip (which still isn't enough) they never add it or take away the peppers. So I have to ask for more when I get handed my food. How do you get one chip and one pepper from THREE TORTILLA CHIPS! At this point I can't blame it on anything other than rude and lazy front of house. Like that has to be an intentional decision to not only bring two things despite me very clearly saying three, but then having the audacity to not at least bring two tortilla chips when I only asked for them. I'm not a karen, but when my simple requests aren't listened to it really grinds my gears. I worked at chick fil a in the past and a priority was placed on customer satisfaction. I don't know how some people get hired at chick fil a with subpar people skills. Has chic fil a just gone down hill or is it this specific location. Not coming back here, all because of some tortilla chips. None of this is directed at the back of house and cooks. They have always been solid and I've never had issues with portionals except for the occasional less...
Read moreThe worst Chick- Fil-A experience ever. Thanks to Team Lead BIANCA!! I went today on my lunch break and ordered an Southwest Salad with two Avocado Ranch packs. I work at a dealership where I'am very busy and did not sit down to eat my lunch until a hour later. They left out my ranch I have no dressing!! I called to inform management of my experience. Hey it's Chick Fil- A right! They are suppose to live to the name and make things right for a loyal customer. What really grind my Gears is the employee Brandon who answered the phone originally when I called told me I could come in on Saturday.. I ask can I come in on Monday or Tuesday to get my salad because I'm busy on Saturdays and it will be a big inconvenience he told me I could come in Monday no problem. Then he calls me back 2 minutes later to say no they will only fix me a new salad the next day!! How unprofessional is that I mean what is the difference from Saturday or Monday are yall running out of salads!! He said sorry it was his Team Lead Bianca. Bianca got on the phone told me No that she is the only manager that can honor the mistake that her team made and that she will not honor giving me a new salad on Monday only Saturday even though it is her tam fault for messing up my lunch!! I feel like the Team lead was being very petty and does not live up to the Chick Fil -A expectations!! I could only come the next day like it really makes a difference Bianca does not care about having Happy customers.. If you ask me I would think the Salad was coming...
Read moreWent to this location this morning. I usually go here for breakfast nearly everyday. Usually never have any issues. Today however, there was no cashiers working the registers, even so much so that a person in front of me was asked "have you ordered yet?" The person said "No I haven't" and then was ignored by the one older lady who was working the register for about 10 minutes(according to the patron in front of me).
Then once I got my food, I got two boxes of hash browns instead of one. I didn't notice since I was in a rush. I only noticed because a minute after I got my food, an employee came back to where I was sitting and TOOK one of the boxes of hash browns OFF OF MY PLATE. saying, "sorry, you weren't supposed to get that." Before I could say anything, they left with the supposed second box of hash browns.
Isn't this a huge health code issue? the food was delivered to my table and then taken back? did they serve that to another customer? did they throw it away? Why didn't they just own their mistake and let me have it. Clearly they don't need to save the probably .02 it costs to make an order of hash browns. I don't care about the cost but to TAKE FOOD AWAY FROM customer when it was THEIR error is gross and incredibly rude and probably...
