Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Marietta

I went through the drive thru around 9:30pm and ordered 2 pieces fish, 3 pieces chicken platter with green beans and cole slaw for $9.49. When I got to the window she said it was cooked to order which was awesome because I needed some hot fresh food after working 10-12 hours a day, staying in a hotel traveling for work doesn't always allow nutritous meals. I was so looking forward to not eating a burger. My co-worker called and wanted some food too. I placed his order and she said your food is almost done it's going to get cold. I said that's ok put it under the warmer until his is done. When I got to the hotel to eat disappointment and disgust is an understatement, the green beans and cole slaw we're child size in tiny little containers and our food was not cooked all the way. I was so upset after spending $18.98 to eat and only being able to eat a couple bites of green beans and a couple bites of cole slaw because that was all I could eat without getting food poisoning and being sick from eating raw chicken and fish. The restaurant was closed so I just had to take a loss. Time to replace the night crew or shut the restaurant down if they can't cook the food. I used to go to lunch in silver's there's a little girl with my grandparents so I was excited when I moved in the neighborhood and saw that there was a Long John silver's right around the block. And then when I went to dine-in there is a sister and brother who works At the song John silver's. He works the drive-thru window and she works the counter. And they were the most professional customer service specialist I have come across in a long time. Kind courteous interactive even bringing imagination and character along with an enormous amount of respect for clientele. It is employees like this brings consumers in and wants them to be dedicated and loyal to their business. You better watch it long time silver's because when I start my business up I'm coming and snagging those two...

Came thru this area, stopped at this location for Lunch, Dined inside, Walked in Floors was clean, I did not smell any odd odors, ordered my food which was easily done and was brought to my table, food appearance looked Great, every thing tasted Delicious and was prepared correctly. I would say reason i did not give 5star, is due to Drive Thru Staff could be herd out in Dining area talking about Drive Thru Customers, this should not be happening that Dining in customers can hear whats being said about other customers, just makes the experience less enjoyably.
