Horrible experience if you want to try Haitian food don’t even waste your time even if you call 4hrs early the food still isn’t going to be ready. I Called at 4pm I told them that I will come after work at 8pm please have the food ready she said they close at 8:30pm please be there on the me I said okay not a problem.

First of all They didn’t have half of the stuff on the menu when I ordered so I had to settle for other things smh. When I got there at 7:55pm they said they don’t remember talking to me and that they didn’t have my order. So when I started storming off they went to fix me up something real and they didn’t have enough rice and pieces I had to settle for the white rice with sauce smh!!!!

I can’t believe the nerves of these people and I still had to wait on the food another 30 mins mind you I called 4 hrs prior. This is ridiculous worst customer service I ever experience please don’t waste your time at this place and the food wasn’t all that it wasn’t the worst but definitely far from the best I ever tasted to make me go through all that. I lived in Miami for years and my husband lived in NY where they have the best Haitian food and the people aren’t the friendliest but never to this extinct . The lady was rude over the phone and rude to me when I got there , no manners at all. we have NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Please do not go there you will be disappointed try other Haitian food from more respectable places these other reviews are fake this lady does not deserve a 4 star she definitely had people altered...

I am literally sitting in front of this restaurant, dealing with the THIRD issue in a row with this establishment. First time, I called in an order, got here 30 minutes later to be told that they had given our patties away. Second time, we called in AGAIN to ask for patties, boom she says we have ten in total left. Get to the restaurant and another lady and saying that she ordered patties after us and was promised patties also. With no apology given for their mistake, she tries to give the patties to the lady!! Luckily the lady was nice enough to let us get the patties. This time, right now, we called our order in at 4:20pm. We get here at 4:45pm and go in and the lady tells us THAT WE NEVER PLACED AN ORDER WHEN WE SPOKE TO THE LADY!!!! HAD TO SHOW HERE THE TIME WHEN WE CALLED AND SHE FINALLY PUTS THE ORDER IN. The food is wonderful, can't deny that, however the organization of their service and how they go about their attitudes towards paying customera that have to wait, AFTER YOUR MISTAKE, needs a touch of TLC. 3 years later and still the same crap. Got there at 1:00pm, their opening time and was told that food won’t be ready for 15 mins. Waited the 15 min, came and asked about it. Was told “it’ll be 30 mins”. Waited the 30 mins. While waiting outside, saw a guy pull up, walk in and walk back out. We asked him as he was walking to his car “did they give you a wait time?” He said “they said the food wont be ready for 45 mins”. We were like wow….. We waited for another 20 mins and went in and asked again and the lady says “he just put the rice and peas on and it’ll be 45 mins”…………………………….its 2:39 pm and I just walked out when she said that and I will NEVER be back. Again, the food is wonderful. The wait time is ridiculous. Please hire someone else to take over and run that...
