I would give zero stars if I could. I came in Monday February 20th around 11 for some coffee before hitting the road. I got three drinks that came out in a reasonable amount of time. One drink was not made correctly. Both my mother and I agreed it tasted like a regular latte. No big deal, mistakes happen. I went inside and an older black man with a coffee master apron came from the back to help me. When I said my white mocha didn’t taste like white mocha and I thought it was missing he said in the most condescending voice “it’s probably just you.” I was so shocked and I replied I’ve been a partner for 4+ years I know what a white mocha taste like and he had the audacity to repeat “It’s probably just you” AGAIN. After he started to remake my drink, it’s obvious the staff here is not trained properly. He put three pumps instead of four, steamed the milk fast, and pulled the shots first. Everything completely out of sequence! Despite the obvious disrespect, I said thank you it taste much better and he rolled his eyes. If this is how they treat me, even after explaining I was a partner, I can only imagine how rude he his to normal employees. The bar girl and front register people were polite but he took a good experience and made it into an uncomfortable ordeal. There was no manager card to reach out to so I had to resort to a review. This store doesn’t live up to the company’s mission and values and I feel sorry for all the partners who have to work with a person who is so obviously miserable in their position. Also the patio was dirty and there was a customer sleeping and snoring loudly sprawled out against the furniture which definitely interrupts the third place...
Read moreThis location hired a new Drive-Thru representative. A scruffy, Caucasian "biological" male in their mid-late 20's was asking every drive-thru patron for a $1.00 tip, violating Starbuck's compliance policies. We let it go the first time (maybe they were having an off day or something, which still doesn't excuse basically stealing, but still, trying to be empathic and open-minded), but they continued to do so during our next visit a few days later. Afterwards we contacted the store to speak with the assigned Store Lead or Manager present that day to see if it could be addressed. The Store Lead assigned that day was very sarcastic, stating very flamboyantly, "Wowww....OMG, I am soooo sorry. That definitely shouldn't not be happening!!!! I'll make sure to have a "talk" with them", being completely fake and condescending. Next step, we sent this request to the store franchise owner and regional corporate. They corporate agent documented and reported it, then contacted the store owner requiring them to contact us within 48 hours (of course, we did not get a call). If you go to this location's drive-thru, we advise to check your bank statement/account afterwards to ensure they did not charge any unauthorized tips. Tipping culture is already out of hand as it is! Hopefully corporate or management will address this...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this Starbucks everyday for years and get the same exact thing. After sitting in drive thru forever the young lady at the window didn’t greet me but slid me my food. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered her. She didn’t give me everything I needed so when I would ask her for every-single-item that she would forget to hand me she would roll her eyes at me and try to disappear. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese through mobile today with an iced espresso. I always ask for a little cream on the side because I want to control how much cream goes in my drink. I was going to let it go and just drive off and she said in a nasty tone “for future reference, we have to charge for that” I said for what? She said the cream cheese and cream. I said I come here every day and order the same thing, I also ordered through mobile so you should have gotten it. I asked for the manager and all of a sudden she wanted to have amnesia and make it seem like I was the problem after being EXTREMELY patient with her. The manager on duty was kind enough to give me a gift card but I never want to see...
