Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Marion Township

Love Tim Horton's food and drinks! Love the service in the morning. However the service in the evening is often horrendous! The last two times we have went thru the drive thru, service has been terrible. 1st time we waited at window 10 minutes after paying to then be told they didn't have enough chicken for one of our sandwiches and that it would take 10 min to cook. They could have already cooked it since we had waited that long. The girl tried to hand me a iced coffee with the lid not on all the way, I said the lid is not on she just looked at me and still tried to hand it to me. Finally after I said it again she messed with the lid, still not on but running down sides I took it fixed lid and asked for napkins to wipe it off, for which I got a nasty look. Today I thought I would try again...not good again. Couldn't even order and just drove off. I asked for a chocolate cake donut and a large ice tea, then said I want a Italiano bagel meal and before I could say with chips and iced coffee. The guy says so you want a chocolate donut? I say yes and a sweet tea large. He says ok and with the Italiano bagel in a meal. I said no I want the donut and tea and then I want the Italiano bagel in a meal separate, someone else jumps in on the headset and says we can't do that. My friend who wanted the above mentioned food said I can't get a donut and a tea? The started to say something and at this point I just said forget it and drove off and went elsewhere. First and foremost, it sucks that I can’t leave more than one review. I have to erase it in order to do a different review. Today I went in and ordered the chocolate peanut butter Reesie‘s. No, Reese is no peanut butter. I literally paid almost 6 bucks for that.. Refer to the pictures as you can tell. It’s not what I got. There was no peanut butter in it at all. This place is a continuing disappointment. I don’t understand why they can’t get a drink, right And I shouldn’t have to find another coffee spot because they don’t know how to do their jobs. And since I cannot save the first review. This review was from three months ago. I went ahead and copied it. Icee Capp machine is down waited 20 minutes inline for nothing. Think they post it at the drive thru not wait til you get to the window. They actually added it on at the drive-through. Then asked if I want something else I said no and never got my money back!!!!! Call up there after I left because I wasn’t trying to hold the line up and trying to find something else. I guess it’s my fault for pulling away even though they knew 30 seconds before they took my money. The only reason I am giving service a 5 star was because they where very quick and nice to TRY and help me. Buttttttt I use to only go to Tim Hortons , it's the only place I would go to get donuts. I domt get donuts often and actualy did for me and my kids yesterday and today. They messed up yesterday . I just got my son and I one glazed donut and a vanilla dip . They where so chewy and hard it hurt my sons teeth he said. After yesterday I figured maybe I'll give it another try. I go today and ask specifically for glazed donuts 10 pack of tim bits and explained no sprinkles cause my son and what happened yesterday, one chocolate dip and one glazed donut. I pull off assuming obviously they got my order right because they where NOT busy at all. I pull of and look in the bag and it was all sprinked donut tim bits and a vanilla sprinkled donut and a dry hard donut. Yeah I'll be going to a different donut shop from here on.
