Okay I usually wouldn’t be the type of person to do this but this past weekend I went to McDonald’s with some friends after a movie. It was around 730 pm. I used the kiosk to order my food, when they called my number I went up and grabbed my bag and went to the car; I open the bag and find that some of food was missing. I went in and told them they had forgotten some of my items. The lady at the front counter had then snapped at me demanding I show a receipt, I went back out to my car and got the receipt. I took it back in and showed her the receipt. She asked what I was missing and I told her. I was missing both my Large fries and my 10 piece nuggets. My original order was a Large artisan meal, a Large double quarter pounder on a artesian bun. I waited 20 minutes for 2 large fries and a 10 piece nugget. After waiting what seemed forever I got my food and went back to my car. I get to my apartment and I open the food and my artiesan chicken was crispy instead of grilled and the meat on the quarter pounder was burnt and charred and it was on a sesame seed bun instead of a artisan roll as I asked. It was now about 815 pm and I called and it rang for about 3 minutes before I hung up. I called again a couple minutes later and a young man answers, I told him what had happened and he said bring the receipt and we can replace it for you. I told him that the lady had taken my receipt when she was giving me the food that was forgotten to begin with and he said “I can’t replace the food without a receipt, sorry “ and hung up. I tried to call back but yet again it rang for 3-4 minutes. So I hung up. This is just rude and improfessional. I’ve always had little less ups with this mcdoanld’s but never any that couldn’t be resolved like this. This experience was by...
Read moreVery rude and disrespectful Manager Ray at 1:32 Pm. We waited thirty minutes for a mobile pickup so I called and he argued with me that they didn’t have the order and it wasn’t his fault or his problem. He then tried refusing me service because he said I was calling him names. When I confronted him for bearing false witness he admitted he heard a female in the background. Being that I was walking into the store as I was talking to him it obviously could have came from any number of people but I didn’t hear any one call anyone anything. I believe he just wanted to deny me service because he didn’t want to admit they messed up. No apologies offered not responsibility taken for keeping me and my wife and three kids waiting for an hour for our food. I will never eat here again as long as Ray is manager or working here. Ray demanded my cell phone to input the order from my mobile receipt and then just left my phone sitting on the counter unlocked and accessible to the twenty customers that had witnessed my tongue lashing from Ray as he yelled at me and threatened me. All said and done I wasn’t given a receipt, didn’t know my order number, and when I got my food it was still missing FOUR items. Thankfully the crew members were very helpful and quickly got the missing items. How this guy makes management is beyond me. I will be praying for him. I forgive you Ray but I won’t subject my family to this kind of disrespect again. And I pray no one else has to experience this rudeness and...
Read moreI was just there, getting breakfast in the drive thru (8/5/25 right around 6:25am). I got sausage gravy and biscuits, a hash brown, side of bacon and orange juice. I work 3rd shift. I drive right past this McDonald's on my way home. I'm new to the Marion area and was really looking forward to making this McDonald's a staple in my week for breakfast. Yesterday my oj was room temperature. Today my hash brown was cold, my orange juice was watered down, and ever so slightly colder than room temperature. How are hashbrowns cold already at 6:25 in the morning? With this being said, I saved the worse for last. While waiting on my food, there was a blonde lady, hair in a ponytail, with a light grey kind of like a polo shirt on. The way she was talking to the lady who handed me my food, made me want to say something to her. I feel terrible for the worker she was talking to. God only knows who else she has talked to like that. I am almost 50 years old and have never experienced something so trashy and disrespectful in my entire life. If she is talking like that to employees, in front of customers, what is she saying and doing when we're not around? I can only imagine. The lady she was talking to said nothing back, walked away to get my food, and somehow managed to return with my things and a smile on her face. My heart broke for her. She was clearly getting bullied, but remained calm, resilient, and pleasant. Maybe her disrespectful coworker should be quiet and take some...
