Arby's — Restaurant in Marion

Service was a little slow due to the cashier having difficulty either interpreting a coupon we were using (classic roast beef sandwich for $2.99) or having difficulty seeing details on the register.

Another worker did give us plenty of horsey sauce packets to go, a very nice gesture.

We ordered two classic Roast Beef Sandwiches and two different Hushpuppy fish meals (one three-piece and one five-piece).

I found the fish to be very tasty. The coating added a decent crunch and wasn’t greasy. Much as I love food at Culver’s, their fish entrees are always greasy and I really don’t like that. The tartar sauce was perfect for the fish, sweet and tangy.

The fries were quite good; crispy without being too browned or burned, and decently salted. Got a bit dry near the end but hardly an issue given the sheer variety of sauces available in store.

As a heads up, I don’t know how much longer the fish will be available at Arby’s as of this review. If you want the fish, get to a participating Arby’s in the next couple of days.

The roast beef sandwich was good. It came plain but we had plenty of their famed horsey sauce. One packet sent me to Flavor Town, cleared out my sinuses, and singed my brain all at once. The beef itself was pretty tender and flavorful but the sauce added to its appeal. If you like spicy food, you’ll like the horsey sauce.

Overall, I’d come here again. One more thing, If you get coupons in the mail, use them. The food items can get pricey. Your wallets will thank you...

Stopped Friday 7-18 because around 10:30 pm (google said they were open till 12 pm otherwise I wouldn’t have stopped) ordered food for both myself and my son, paid about $21..sticker on window said 11. I wouldn’t have stopped if I knew they were getting ready to close, the guy didn’t give me my receipt and we got our food and went home. The food was so bad, I couldn’t tell if the French fries we so old or if they were half frozen and the meat was cold. Called the store and the guy recommended me and he said he had my receipt. I didn’t understand why before ordering my food why I couldn’t of been informed they were closing and why would they serve food that shouldn’t have been served and how would he feel if he was served that? He took my name and number and said a manager would call me back in the morning..it’s now Thursday and I have not heard from anyone and i paid for food that we couldn’t even eat because it was so gross. I’m gonna be calling corporate and I will not be eating at Arby’s going forward, don’t take money from customers if the food quality...

No one in line in front or behind me ordered Chicken bacon Swiss no tomato meal was asked to pull around front and they would bring it out to me WAITING! About 15 minutes later another vehicle comes around and Parks next to me as we both waited for our order as we're waiting then another vehicle pulls next to them so now we're all waiting and it's now been over 20 minutes for myself and they bring out an order of drinks and 2 bags of food and give it to the van next to me so I stopped the individual and asked where my order is and he asked if I had my receipt and I didn't as most of them don't give you one so I told him what I ordered and I told him I just want a refund for my order then he came back with my or after 30+ minutes of me waiting and giving me my food and a card for a free sandwich for that my whole meal should have been free + a free meal the next time but guess what people Arby's has lost my business at that location for good!
