If I were the franchise owner of the Marion, IA McDonald's off Hwy 151 I wouldn't claim to be! It hands down has to be the absolute WORST eating establishment on the planet! Couldn't even finish the food we ordered! First when we walked in the door there's underage wanna be hood rats lingering making all kinds of noise! We walk up to order and you could tell not one person there liked their jobs! Absolutely Zero professionalism including appearance! Couldn't even take our order correctly because she was too focused on everything else around except for us! Finally after we got through that horrific experience we got our drinks/condiments and found seats. It seemed like forever until we received our disgusting food, all the while having to listen to loud and obnoxious teenagers all trying to talk over one another! Burgers were not cooked all the way, all doused with salt and ketchup to the point where you pick it up and it's oozing off the sandwiches! And our fries were cold and we had to scrape the salt off of them just to tolerate them! Keep in mind we're still having to endure the hood rats and their offensive slang talk while my wife and I are trying to feed our children and make the best of this BS experience! I noticed not one of them were eating anything, not until what seemed like a friend of theirs showed up to work and gave them freshly made food for free! Any way, you get the gist! That place needs to be completely re-staffed, new management and an owner that actually cares what the local community has to endure! It truly isn't even worth a one...
Read moreAs a food critic, I have a refined and discerning palate that seeks out the most exquisite and sublime flavors in the world. So when I learned that McDonald's had introduced a new delicacy called chicken nuggets, I was curious and eager to sample them. I ordered a 10-piece box of nuggets, along with a side of fries and a soda.
The nuggets arrived in a charming cardboard container, elegantly arranged in two rows of five. They were golden-brown and crispy on the outside, and succulent and moist on the inside. They had a delicate and pleasant flavor, enhanced by the choice of dipping sauces: barbecue, honey mustard, sweet and sour, and ranch. I tried each sauce and found them all to be delectable and harmonious to the nuggets.
The fries were also crispy and hot, with a lavish sprinkling of salt. They had a soft and fluffy texture inside, and a satisfying crunch outside. They paired well with the soda, which was cold and refreshing. The soda had a sweet and fizzy taste, with a hint of citrus.
Overall, I was delightfully surprised by the quality and taste of the chicken nuggets and fries from McDonald's. They were simple but satisfying, and offered a good value for money. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quick and easy...
Read moreI love your French Fries nobody can beat them. But at this trip through the drive thru visit visit when I got to the window and picked up my order, I drove away I started to eat the fries and they were barely warm and they were over salted. When I to almost the middle of the box the fries were over cooked like they were put back in the fryer to warm them up again. They also tasted like old grease. I know this because I used to work for McDonald's years ago and was a witness to someone that did that exact thing. Thar person was reported to Management. So we tasted one to see what they tasted like. That was the worst taste for a McDonald's fry I had tasted. And this a day that I got my fries and tasted again I knew that taste. Threw the rest away. I moved on to my Big Mac that I special ordered. The meat was warm, but they slopped on the sauce and it was all over the box the cheese on the burger was over half off the burger. Need less to say I was not satisfied with this days visit. Sorry to say it but I just wanted to be honest. Have a Merry Christmas and a...
