Twice I was ignored ordering to dine-in... No one else just me and drive-thru. The employee completely ignored me for over 5 minutes starring at an empty warm serving bin waiting for food assembly for the drive-thru orders...not even a hello. I left. The second try I was immediately greeted but then ignored as the employee starred at the empty warm serving bin AGAIN! As I waited I watched This person fill a fry basket to the top and set in fryer to cook. Very overloaded! and finally after 5 or more minutes my order was taken. My food came maybe 8 minutes later. I ordered the whopper jr (patty was super small way smaller than I ever remember it being, dont know if a fluke or shrink-flation) chicken fries were fresh and tasty, the fries were undercooked! I couldnt even eat them! Raw in the middle! Seriously?!!! I will try one more time via the app. I sent a complaint and though they have nothing to do with the local restaurant they issued me a coupon to use for my next order. Not holding my breath.

Unbelievably good service from Kevin on October 14th, 2022 at 6:55 PM. The greeting in the drive-through made me feel as though I was meeting an old friend, even though it was the first time we had met. Me and my compatriots had no choice but to shed tears as we bit into the perfectly crafted Woopers. The tenderness of the chicken told me that the now sacrificed avian had had a wonder life life before being converted to delectable nuggets. The ice water, no doubt straight from the glaciers of Antartica, paired perfectly with the carefully salted medium fires. As we dined, we donned the limited edition “You Rule” crowns, courtesy of the gracious hands of Kevin. He truly gave us the Burger King experience, making our entire Subaru Legacy feel like a royal carriage on its way to an illustrious Kingdom. Personally, we recommend Kevin for a promotion at the bare minimum. Whoever runs Burger King should step down as CEO, as they are no doubt under qualified with such a BEAST working at this location.

So this is the second time in a row where I show up at opening (11am) and after placing an order they tell me it'll be 10-15 minutes before the broilers are heated up, before they can make my burgers. Why isn't an employee there 15 minutes early to turn the broilers on so they can make burgers at 11am?? Sat there waiting for my order for 25 minutes before I heard an employee telling another customer that their broiler was not working. Never did get my order. And I do not want to hear that it's hard to get employees. That excuse is worthless at this point. My prediction is that this place will be closed for good by summer and rightfully so!

There's a VERY clear reason why this "restaurant" is in the obvious dispare that it shows everyday! Let's start at the "management"....fact, managers are forced into the position, even when they don't want it. The "training" is absent!!!! The "bk standards" do NOT apply to anyone except the owner! I've been a witness to SEVERAL violations of "bk standards"!!!! The worst one was a few days ago when my "manager" (who admitted to not having any training) literally verbally threatened to have her boyfriend take care of me......because I wouldn't stay later! As true to "bk standards" this was all denied....yeah I just made this up!?!?!? They turned a blind eye to what they didn't want to confront and fired me! This is only the straw that broke me and my efforts that led to this point! There were many others that showed to be a cause of their "employee shortage"...let's explain WHY. BK doesn't provide the training they boast about! They don't value the employees they do have by forcing them to do the jobs of 3 or 4 employees, again with NO training for the "team member" OR the "management" effectively resulting in absolutely terrible work place and customer environment! Customers complain literally everyday! Employees complain everyday, and look at the way "management" handles things! There's literally great employees, managers even, quitting left and right! Why is there a "shortage"? I've witnessed bullying, swearing at employees by staff AND customers! I in fact was cussed out horribly by a hangry customer for simply going on my break when they were waiting for their food for a very long time! I looked at my "manager" in disbelief....I literally had to tell her that this wasn't acceptable!?!?!? Another obvious reason for the shortage, they boast about "flexible hours", that's FALSE! They ignore your availability and schedule your shifts outside of your availability. Then there's the reality of them hiring ANY warm body to fill the slot REGARDLESS of the disabilities that bk is already aware of these employees having, effectively leaving each shift understaffed and still untrained! Resulting in 3 great employees quitting just days apart, for the SAME reason! Bk was made aware of everything, specifically kindra AND lisa were aware of the mess and they turned their back on us....so the "shortage" grows! Let's get into what REALLY matters, what your money is buying, lettuce that is well expired but we're told to use it anyway, bk standards VIOLATED by themselves! Tomatoes expired, fryers not properly cleaned due to employees wanting to go home, broilers cleaned the same way! The cooler and freezer have black mold. The sewage backs up into the food area. The tasks of keeping a sanitary environment is left out completely in a form of "cutting corners"! Just go in there and look, go in the bathrooms and look! This place is a health Hazzard at its core! Expecting you to accept their "apologies" over and over again, NOT holding themselves accountable for anything, assuming you'll be back tomorrow and the employee situation is still a huge problem, still getting worse!!!!! There's no place here for me to submit my pictures, but I have them and anyone is welcome to them! I as a customer do NOT recommend wasting your time, patience or money here! As a past employee I absolutely would rather pick pop cans for a living than to endure the cancer that is destroying this "workplace",you can be respected and valued more delivering newspapers! It's not "your way" and you don't "rule",just some feel-good lip service that you WILL regret after. UPDATE: they have denied everything, they claim that I (yes, ME) "violated their policy" and denied my unemployment claim as well. These corporate parasites and puppets are the exact reason why their hours of "business" have drastically depleted! They are the reason why there's a "shortage",and they are the reason why good employees find other work! It's also them who hold all the secrets too, such as ingredients, why is it not mandated for them disclose what it is...

We go to this location quite often and today's visit was the worst visit we have ever had. We went thru the drive thru and ordered out meals including a medium coke and a medium sprite. We got our drinks first. We noticed right away there is no ice in the drinks. They didn't have a sign and didn't inform us of this. Ok, no ice, we can deal. I taste my sprite and it tasted like water with the slightest bit of sprite mixed in. When they came back to the window to give us our food (which took much longer than usual), we mentioned the sprite tasted off. They said they would check it and get me a new one. Not long after, a lady (whom I have seen there before and was always pleasant to talk to) asked if we needed anything and we told her that they were check the Sprite. She then tells us that they don't have any ice right now so the drinks aren't going to tast the same. I then said I understood but it tastes like it was watered down. She interrupted me and offered a water or something else. I declined as I don't like bottled water and she interrupted me again to say that she tastes the Sprite herself and it was fine. I tries asking if I could get a Minute Maid lemonade and she kept interrupting me saying all the drinks would taste off. I again tried to say that the lemonade would taste better than the watered down Sprite. She didn't even finish listening to me and slammed the window shut and stormed away. We didn't even know if she was going to get me a different drink so we left. Normally, fountain pop without ice tastes stronger and sweeter, not weaker and watered down. After leaving, we found the fries were so salty we couldn't even eat them. Not even our toddler would eat many of them and she would normally eat as many as she could. We will no longer visit this establishment. I was so surprised and appalled by this employee as I have had many positive interactions with her in the past. However, the behavior exhibited by this employee was unprofessional and outright rude and our 11 yr old even...

What’s up foodie fam!!! If you haven’t heard of Daym Drops on YouTube, he was who inspired me to get myself a Ch’King sandwich from Burger King! As he suggested; get it without the Savory sauce and just add some Hellman’s Mayonnaise. That is what I did.

The app has a buy one Ch’King chicken sandwich, get a whopper free! As of 6/9/21.

The Burger King #24697 on 3520 US 41 w in Marquette, MI hit it out of the park!!!

The service was so good from John at the window! He was courteous, got my order to me quickly and my order was exactly how I asked! I called to thank Manager Eric for such an exceptional meal.

The Ch’King from Marquette’s BK is that good! It was perfectly cooked; slightly crispy, no sogginess or overall greasiness. The bun was perfect, right amount of pickles. Crazy good!

5/5 all across the board! This beat out any chicken sandwich I have ever had except for one; Jackson’s Pits Sriracha Chicken sandwich.

Seriously go try one. It puts any other fast food sandwich to shame. $4 for this large of a sandwich is not bad at all.

Props to the Marquette BK team!!! I...
