The manager was unprofessional she told me the 12 ton press was out of stock but they had the 20 ton in stock it was 100 more than the 12 ton so I asked about the display and she very rudely told me they don't sell the display items but I needed a press so I said I'll go with the 20 ton but instead of selling me the 20 ton she told me I could either go to Escanaba or Houghton to buy a 12 ton press when I had already said that I would buy the 20 ton press after 10 minutes of the manager being extremely rude she finally sold me the 20 ton press and then was being extremely rude to the employee looking for the press in the back everyone else there has been extremely nice and helpful but the manager was so unprofessional and rude it was hard to believe that I was in the same store with a friendly professional atmosphere I used to have a hard time not spending all the money...

This place gets too much of my cash, lol

I have been needing to pick up this jump starter for 2 years now, I never really needed it, but I wanted it. I have this brand for the trickle charger for the bike already. ( Now pictured )

Ok, whilenout driving, I took a wrong turn and found a beautiful lake and a woman whose car would not start.

I don't like jumping people cars by hooking onto my battery, but I did so and got her going. ( So I went and purchased this jumper afterward.

Then, several weeks later, I moved to a state where it drops to the teens often, and I don't have a garage right now, so Jumper it is. And the motorcycle is on the trickle...

Great place to get tools on a budget! The awesome thing about buying tools here is the warranty is lifetime! No questions asked! The employees are really friendly and helpful. Store has more than just tools such as toys for kids, lights, other house items. Worth your time to walk around the whole store and see what they have and like I said it's budget friendly!...
