Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Marquette

Review for Jetts pizza Corporate to read please. Extremely disappointed with the manager from the night shift from this location. My husband and I went for a weekend vacation to Marquette,we came back from a half day hike and knowing that most restaurants close early and that we got out of the trail pretty late, we decided to go to Jetts pizza because it never fails and until this day it always has been a quick and delicious pizza to grab. This location has been our only bad experience with the chain. We ordered an 8 corner pepperoni pizza and we asked the person on the phone to make it just a little crunchy. When I saw the pizza it looked like it had been sitting on the box for a while, but it wasn't until I took a bite of it that I realized it was completely burned from the bottom. I immediately called them and told them about it and the guy answering the phone told me they will take a look and exchange it, by this time we just wanted to eat something, we didn't want to go all the way to the place and come back to the hotel and then eat, so I told him that I prefer just a refund and that we will return the pizza. He asked if I had the receipt and I said yes, and then I noticed that they charged us $18.00 dollars for it, and I told him that on the website it said it was going to be I believe $16, he said that he doesn't apply the online price and that $18.00 was the price he always charges. Anyways, after hearing that, I was even happier to get a refund because not only was the pizza awful, but I can get a better pizza than that one for $5.00 somewhere else.My husband went to get the refund and the "manager" was SO RUDE to him, he told him- it seems like SOMEBODY LIKED IT, because there was one piece missing with a bite on it, and my husband told him that we had to try it in order to find out how burned and old it was and the guy kept trying to instigate an argument saying that in all his time working there, he never had to do a refund, and my husband could have keep arguing with him but he decided to be the grown up in the situation and asked him to just give him his refund. What is the matter with the staff of this place? Where is the good customer service that you always get anywhere else but in the only jetts pizza in Marquette? Horrible manager so rude and childish arguing with a customer that wasn't even being rude to him. If I could not give any stars to this place I would, it is too bad because out of all the places we went to eat in the vacation, this was the only one that disappointed us. The date we went was...

Quite disappointed. Back in my day owning a pizza company was all about respect, equality, and the mafia. Now you can get away with screwing over a customer. I ordered a half extra mozzarella, extra tomato, extra onion, and extra cheddar. The other half was normal mozzarella, normal onion, and normal tomato. Seems like a pretty simple pizza. I received a medium amount of tomato and onion with a medium large amount of mozzarella. And the worst part is that medium isn’t even a size they use, they only use normal, triple, and extra. The pizza tasted fine but the ratio of tomato to cheddar on one half really crossed the line. I will not be ordering...

Great service, and even better pies! Always welcomed and informed of any specials. Pizzas are cooked just as you order them, though on occasion can be slightly under. (But that's sometimes a good thing too!) Great drink variety too.

Easy to get in and out from, and ample places to park too! You are close to other businesses, but they are always accommodating. Did I mention that it's free?

Overall, a great stop for a good pizza pie. Pricing is a bit much sometimes, but worth the cost in my opinion. - 4/5 stars and will be back...
