Wendy's — Restaurant in Marquette

If a restaurant is going to use delivery with DoorDash, the restaurant needs to take responsibility for making sure that the orders are correct in the first place! Called quality control!

Once delivered, if items are missing, then the person just goes without the food. Wendy’s only offers direct credit if you go to the store. I just spent $26 for a burger and small frosty!!! Wendy’s needs to step it up and give these customers not only a refund on the money to their debit/credit card, but give them something extra so that they will come back.

I have not ordered Wendy’s in two months because the last time I ordered I didn’t get all my items. It happened again tonight. I’m hungry I don’t have a car. I wanted all of my items and now I can only get them if I can get to the store to pick them up. Their drive thru is INSANELY SLOW. They also don't seem to care about DoorDash orders. At least McDonald's allows Dashers inside their lobby. Fast food joints in other states/cities even have dedicated food runners for delivery orders. Wendy's in Marquette is in a class all their own when it comes to restaurants that only care about lining their own pockets. Actually, I take that back - Burger King in Marquette is equally greedy and genuinely unconcerned with the plight of others. Taco Bell is trying to catch-up with Wendy's and Burger King, as their lobby is also nearly always closed. If you truly want FAST food, avoid these places like the plague. Mcdonald's and Dairy Queen are far better choices. I will also strongly advise you to stay away from Wendy's and the other two for your DoorDash orders, for the same reasons. After a full day out on the water at Pictured Rocks, we were back late enough on a weekday that everywhere in Munising was closed or had a huge wait. We were staying in Marquette, and decided to eat near home since this Wendy's is open until midnight. We had a massive order (6 people in the car), and everything was made to PERFECTION and very quickly. Staff was patient and courteous and completely nailed the order; not a single thing was missing or incorrect. Further, sandwiches were assembled neatly (which most Wendy's DON'T do) and everything was hot and fresh. I'll admit we were very hungry, but this goes down as the best Wendy's we've ever visited.
