Starbucks — Restaurant in Marshall

After waiting for someone to arrive to the counter I decided to leave and come back after walking around inside of the grocery store they are located in. When I returned there was a woman sweeping the floor. She did not see me so I waited. As she was sweeping she coughed and covered her mouth with her fist but then returned that hand to the broom handle and did not wash her hands. I immediately left the store disgusted. I called Starbucks customer service and they said they would forward that information to management but never asked for my contact information in case the manager needed more information. Every time I go in this one I say extra caramel and half the time the person there doesn't do it, but I pay for it each time. I've been nice and not had them redo it, but Im about to start having yall redo it. This applies also to when I say LINE THE CUP. Dont be dumping it in the bottom and leaving it there!
