We have Ben to this location several times since the pandemic has started And every time someone isn't wearing a mask in the store. Whether it be the person who takes your money Or the people preparing your food I am tired of supporting local restaurants and having them not even care to follow the policy setting forth . I don't know why businesses can't be more responsible and look out for the health of their customers and employees it isn't hard to wear a mask I wear one all day long in my job. Read moreThe service I had today was unacceptable. First I waited 5-10 minutes before the lady turned around to take it. Then I waited and watched three people that ordered after me get their meal before me. It wasn't forgotten or overlooked by a regular employee it was overlooked by a Manager. I have worked in the food industry before and I know how busy you get around lunch time. But I have never skipped over a carry out meal or dine in meal. Plus the counter person should have questioned before I even asked why I was still waiting when people who ordered after me got there food. I ordered a sandwich and fries. They forgot our apple turn over that we paid for and literally everything we ordered was cold and stale and it was either hard or rubbery and it wasn’t from the drive either. I then called them and they proceeded to tell me they can’t refund me since it’s through door dash but said we could get a refund though them, so we gave that a shot and only got 15$ out of the 50$ fricking dollars we spend on them!
