I have been going to fox Croft location along with the other locations in the area. I love Dunkin’ frozen Carmel. However, order this week and ahead to fox crock location and got there and my coffee not ready so decided to get my granddaughter ice cream also. Manager Heather ignored me and so I stood there longer with no one else waiting . Plus I had told her twice. Then , after I got ice cream they still were making coffees and mine still not ready so I finally asked and so Heather proceeded to tell me no caramel. We’ll never offered my money back and left me wait 20 minutes with no coffee and I am a regular customer every day and have been spending almost 200 a month at this location or more . Heather was so rude and I proceeded to tell her I wouldn’t be back cus if lack of customer service and she did that was fine . She didn’t want to help me at all . The young girl in drivethru did find some caramel not sure if coffees made right cus tasted different and they were laughing when made my coffee so I threw away. Customer service at this store is awful and the manager is terrible. You are supposed to care about your customers. Ur she was to interested in ordering her inventory for the day then helping me. They are always under staffed. Too anyone that goes to Dunkin and loves their coffee you can tell a difference in the coffee being made at that store compared to the others in the area. This stores coffee does not taste like the other Dunkin’s . Read moreI was literally just at Dunkin and ordered a large French vanilla iced coffee six French vanilla four cream, five sugar extra ice and I get my drink and it taste like dirty water. So I get back in line and I tell the people on the speaker that I would like a refund so when I get around to the window, the manager comes over doesn’t say anything to me except for where’s the card when I had paid with cash so I’m not sure if anybody knows exactly what they’re doing in that establishment. She had the receipt right in her hand. It shows that I used a five dollar bill. She never asked me what was wrong with my drink and then she smiles at me like it’s a joke which fortunately I record everything just because people are rude anymore so I just make sure I record stuff. How hard is it to put six pumps of French vanilla in a cup? I’ll tell you what the problem is they’re not doing a whole pump. It’s the same thing with bottles of shampoo. If you don’t do a whole pump, you’re not gonna get as much shampoo out so if you’re not doing a whole pump of French vanilla, I’m not getting what I’m paying for which is a Serious issue. You’re not even making the coffee for the iced coffee the proper way I can tell I can taste it. I used to work on Edwin Miller Boulevard and for some reason Foxcroft just can’t get on board with everyone else. Read moreThis is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the surrounding area, maybe even ever. Wait times are absolutely insane. It took 35 minutes in the drive thru to get my order, then when they charged me and started handing me drinks I knew it was wrong. That is because three customers had already pulled out of the drive thru because of waiting for so long. They were busy, but not like I can’t handle it busy because the person who claimed to be a manager at the window was outside smoking while there was probably about eight cars waiting in line. When I talked to her she said they’re understaffed and had two people quit that week and my response to her was why did you think you had time to smoke then, when there are a line of cars waiting 30 some minutes each to just get a coffee and maybe some food. Her response was I have been here since 3pm, and honestly I do not really care what time you got here your addiction does not take priority over the consumers who are trying to get their order.
