We placed an online order for pickup at 10:45p on Tuesday 11/28/23. A few minutes later, we got the message that our order had been cancelled. We called the store and thes female that answered said they had to close early because they were short staffed. The normal closing time is midnight. John, the store manager, told me he was busy and he would call me back. That was on Wednesday 11/29/23. I have never received that call. I have called the store every day since and always got an excuse why John couldn't speak to me. On Monday 12/4/23, I received a call back from April in customer service. She was more disrespectful and rude than anyone I have spoken with at Domino's. When I asked who I could speak to about her horrible customer sévice, she told me that there was noone above her to complain to. Read moreThis Maryland Heights Domino's is horrible. I ordered food online and it was delivered within reason. The problem is that the order was incorrect. First, I was brought the wrong soda. So, at the door, the driver said he would go and get the correct one. When he left, I opened the bag and found the wrong salad dressing and there was only one when I paid for an extra one. How do you get Caesar out of Ranch? Can't you people read? I immediately called the Restaurant to try to catch the driver to have him bring back the right dressing. It took too long for them to answer. The manager was not in so the person I spoke with said he was the assistant manager. I barely could understand him. He talked like he had a mouth full of mush. He was not apologetic at all to the mistakes they made. We went round and round I ended up hanging up on him. Mind you the driver brought me the correct soda in the meantime. This assistant manager said he would cancel my order and wanted to charge me again but without the cost of the dressing. He asked me for my credit card number. I didn't trust him to do the right thing so I had him send the driver back to pick up the food. This is not the first time this Domino's has gotten items wrong. Management there sucks. Read moreRude staff. Clicked the option to have my food brought out to my car and provided the color, make and model of my car. I arrived at the projected time my order was to be ready. I responded to the text saying “here” when I got there as directed and received a text to turn on my hazards to let them know what car to deliver to. I waited in the car for 20 minutes while the delivery workers were going back and forth to their cars to complete delivery. I went to the door and called the number as the sign read and the phone kept ringing. Finally, a worker came outside asking if I was here for a pick up and I said I was and had been waiting for 20 minutes. She tells me I have to park in the front two spots or they don’t know I’m here. I told her I followed the directions given to me through website and text message and she said there was no way for her to see I was there. Okay. Obviously working there you know the shape of the parking lot and you know there is only 2 spots directly in front of the place. Why not periodically check to see if there are cars using the hazard lights and matching the description of the carry out orders? Are you really that lazy? Maybe update your website and text prompts?
