Perfect crisp on the exterior of the bread with a nice buttery chew inside. The meat, cheese and giardiniera complimented each other perfectly. I found them about 5 years ago, and they have since become my favorite sandwich place in St. Louis. You have to order your sandwich with their grilled cheese bread, or you're just not doing it right.
