Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Maryland Heights

Best location around! EPIC customer service, seriously freaky fast and fantastic location. Can't beat the drive thru either. Despite this location being 5 miles further from me compared to the location that is only 1 mile from me, I opt for this location and will fight 270 traffic just to get to and from it each time because they simply ARE THE BEST.

Not all locations are created equal because the location closer to me SUCKS more than Monica Lewinsky on a press day at the White House! For those of you who don't know (Gen Z-ers and beyond)... That's not a positive metaphor. I won't embarrass the Olive Blvd location by calling them out for sucking so much either. Because that would be sharing my factual experience from too many unredeemed chances given until finally it became consistently poor each time

But NOT this location. It's like a pitch black, bitterly cold winter night 🌨️ and an amazingly beautiful, clear and sunny, early summer day 🌞🏝️ with a cool breeze difference between the two locations. And I don't know about you but I prefer the sunny day over the winter night which is why I make the few extra miles journey to give my business to the location off of Page Avenue.

PS... I was not paid nor bribed in any manner to write this review. I'm just that much of a satisfied customer after receiving consistent top-tier service from the Page Ave location as well as that much of a p!ssed off customer after receiving consistent abysmal customer service from the Olive Blvd location.

Choose your Jimmy John's location wisely my fellow sub munching...

Not impressed. Will no longer patronize Jimmy John's having experienced sub-par quality at two restaurants in the area especially considering the cost of a simple sandwich. For what I spent on a meal, I could have purchased lunch meat and bread at the Schnuck's across the road or visited their deli for two subs.

When I arrived, there was nobody else in the joint nor the drive through window. None of the four employees present at the time greeted me and the individual who finally stepped up to the counter didn't say hello or anything else that was audible until after I greeted him and asked how he was doing. His demeanor was that of someone inconvenienced and his customer service was absolutely terrible. After taking my order and giving me a cup, he didn't say anything else and returned to being posted up at the wall in the back playing on his phone. When my sandwich was finished, nobody announced it and just left it on the counter for me to retrieve.

Despite there being noone present for presumably quite a while before I entered the establishment, there were still lettuce scraps and crumbs on some tables. Management needs to address their employees' customer service skills or it will turn more people away from their business.

In addition, the ratio of sandwich makings versus bread was ridiculously one-sided and the construction of the sandwich with turkey and bacon was...

I would suggest never ordering delivery from this location. I just moved close to this location and ordered for the first time a few weeks back. My order never came after waiting over an hour after a couple phone calls it seemed like the driver just delivered to the wrong place and they said I could come get a replacement order which I did. They didn't offer anything for the the mess up but I was cool with it. I understand mistakes happen.

A few weeks later I decide to give them another shot and place another order. An hour goes by and the same thing happens but this time they say we will just refund the order and give you a couple free subs to make up for the trouble next time you order. I was a little upset but at least they wanted to make it right.

Fast forward two days and I decide to go up there and ask for my free subs but when I get there they said the whole staff was there and no one remembers the past for incidents at all.
