America's Best Wings - Lansdowne — Restaurant in Maryland

Ive ordered from America’s best wings in Odenton many times and have never had an issue so on 6/17 I decided to give this other location in Baltimore a try. When I called the lady who answered the phone said “please hold” and sat the phone on the counter in which I heard laughing and goofing off for over 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and she immediately took my order the second time. When I showed up to get my order I grabbed two drinks from the cooler and went to the cashier to be checked out. After my payment was processed I held the drinks up and asked her if she saw them to add them to my bill. She told me not to worry about it. I asked “are you sure?” And she replied by laughing and saying “I do not care about this place”…

I find it humorous that there were papers posted all over the store about cost of wings increasing due to the cost of the distributers prices going up. All while, their employee is giving away sales and leaving customers on hold making it less likely for customers to return. Not to mention that she looked really sloppy with faded pink hair and was wearing what looked to be pajamas.

I've eating at plenty different America's Best Wings and they were all great. Except this one, first thing I noticed when I got there was that the lemonade and tea dispenser was empty, and stayed empty at least for the 20 mins I was waiting on my food. Second I always order the same thing at every America's Best, which is the Jamaican Jerk. I dont know what seasoning they are using but it taste horrible and has a weird smell to it. When I called and asked them if they gave me the right flavor they responded back by saying they use a different Jerk seasoning then the other Americas Best. To me that is the dumbest thing ever, seeing as though all the other franchise use the same thing. When people go to these restaurant they expect food to taste one way, no matter if its a franchise. I would also like to point out they don't use crinkly fries, they use cafeteria fries. In conclusion, I WOULD NOT EAT HERE AGAIN, NOR WOULD REFER A FRIEND. I will still eat Americas Best Wings, but definitely not at...

this place doesnt even deserve a 1 star review. This place not only had me waiting for my food to get picked up but also didnt even give me all my order. i had placed 2 orders through their website and had it for a pick up at 715. got there a little before and still wasnt ready. so i had to stand around and wait for my food to be completely made. and upon getting home, they didnt even give me my other order. so i called the store up and told them that i didnt get all my order. so the lady said that ill leave a message for my manager for the next day and that youll be coming up to get my food. so i go up the next day and they said because i placed the order online through their app, that there was nothing they could do. So i would not recommend anybody to visit this establishment and ill never go back again. this customer service sucked and terrible. 0 freaking stars for this review...
