In lieu of the recent response I felt compelled to update my review for the clarity of future customers.
I entered Americas Best Wings to collect an online order that was supposed to have been completed and ready for pickup. When I approached the counter I gave the name the order was under twice before being asked for the confirmation because they could not locate my order. As I attempted to retrieve the confirmation my order was miraculously located at which point I was told it was not ready (THAT IS ALL I WAS TOLD!) I patiently waited 10 minutes for an order (again, that was already supposed to be done) before I approached the counter to ask for a refund. I was told nonchalantly I would have to cancel the same way the order was placed. To which I responded I was not able to cancel online and the website told me to contact the store. At this point I have no food and am not being helped in regard to getting a refund. The cook comes from the kitchen to inform me we are still waiting for your onion rings and I had a 20 piece fish order before you. BEING TOLD THIS INFORMATION PRIOR TO MY WAIT WOULD HAVE BEEN TO THE APPROPRIATE TIME TO NOTIFY A CUSTOMER FOR PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. During the course of 5 minutes of back & forth bickering about the food being done and my request for a refund my food was completed and I begrudgingly collected my ordered. During the five min I did start to record as evidence for my bank if I had to call to refute the charge since you weren’t being helpful in regard to assisting me with a refund. Read moreSo today my colleague ordered and picked up my lunch and my Supervisor's lunch from America's Best Greenbelt today. I ordered the Philly Chicken Cheesesteak Combo and my Supervisor' nothing hard , a Chef salad. My Supervisor upon getting her food felt something was wrong. She came and asked me if I rhought some thing was wrong with the salad. I took my fork and as I put it towards my mouth the rancid smell of sour meat was very evident. I immediately called and spoke with the Manager and informed him about this and he asked if we could bring it back and we can get another but of course after experiencing the rancid meat why would I order another so I asked could I have a Philly Chicken Cheesesteak Combo in its place he says I would have to pay an additional $1.79 for it. Why should I pay additional for a mistake you made that also could have poisoned me. You couldn't take t$1-$2 hit. Wooow, you're going to insult me by asking for the additional money. No problem, one less customer that frequently orders from you and advice to any other potential or existing customers xheck and smell your orders because obviously he cares more about $1.79 than...
Read moreMy family and I from here. Spent $50 for four wing combos. Why was the chicken not done all the way. My husband mentioned that they weren’t good but he doesn’t eat chicken wings all like that so I didn’t pay it any mind. However, I knew the moment opened them the wings were not done. Chicken is supposed to be crunch that’s first of all this chicken was tough and the skin was like pulling gum. I’m extra pissed because no one has money to be wasting. I go to toss them in the trash and it looks like everyone didn’t much enjoy the food. Smh they just lost my business, and I will be sure to tell everyone on this side of greenbelt rd to be wear of this particular one. You don’t half axx cook food that’s how ppl get sick.
