Bf and I were having date night and I decided to try this place out.

He was super skeptical because it was in a gas station with only one table...but it was love at first bite.

We got an order each of tongue and Al pastor tacos.

Omg, soOoooOooOo scrumptious! Absolutely divine!

And the tortillas are SUPER FRESH. (I think they pressed them to order.) NOTHING compares to a fresh pressed tortilla mmmMMMmmm.

We also split a flan (and ordered the horchata and Agua de Jamaica for our drinks. I loved how the acidity of the hibiscus cuts the fattiness and clears the palate so almost every subsequent bite was just as delicious as the first.)

Absolutely can't wait to go back. There tacos were a bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it. Meat was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful and the flan tasted...

Given that R&R started out of a gas station, I had meted hopes for El Rinconcito but they just fell short. I got an order of al pastor tacos and a revuelta pupusa. The food came out within a few minutes and the kid who took my order was very nice. I dug into the pupusa first and it was fantastic! Flavorful and delicious! Then I got to the tacos. Everything looked the way it was supposed to but the delicious corn flavor of the pupusa was nowhere to be found in the tortilla and I the meat had almost ZERO FLAVOR. Those tacos...
