Panera Bread — Restaurant in Columbia

So today was the FIRST time I've ever had any issues with this Panera. First, I ordered over the phone on my break for myself and a co-worker, but when I picked up the order, I was an idiot and took the wrong bag. Of course, I don't notice until back at work, so I drive back and pick up the right order. However, once back at work again, I notice I got a chicken caesar salad and lemon orzo soup instead of a chicken caesar sandwich and chicken noodle soup. I've worked in multiple restaurants to know this was an honest mistake and the person making it just read the ticket wrong. Now, I hate to complain for anything because I really understand it was a mistake. However, I was pretty disappointed not to get what I ordered, so I went back a third time to ask for a refund. The employees throughout the day were so nice, and the Manager Bonny did not hesitate to help me out. After working in customer service for so long, and feeling so horrible for even bringing anything to their attention, I had to write this. I order from here frequently and have NEVER had an issue before, and even after today, it was just a simple mistake. But I was more impressed by the way they handled and addressed the ONE issue I've had. EVERYONE was so unbelievably friendly and understanding, just overall great customer service.

I'm sorry again guys for asking for a refund, but trust me, after today, you'll be getting my business back tenfold.

Panera says they are using fresh ingrident. Yes that's true for veggies. But...I am allergic to processed food chemical such as msg. I throw up when I eat it. And I did..I dont know which part..soup? Broth? Noodle? Panini's meat? What is the definition of freshness? Expiration date? I dont know...only thing I know is that if they really use all natural ingredients (not even organic, dont get fooled by label organic. Naturally grown is better than organic. You never feed plant a meat. You get it?) The price never can be that way trust me. I grew up in my family's farm never fed plants a animal protein. Everything was harvested before cooking and even sauces were made in natural way. I never saw my grand parents going to market for several years. They only sell things. Never buy ingredients. So my taste buds are sensitive and I am not mune to modern day food chemicals. And I threw up after eating Panera. I am 100% sure my taste buds are more sensitive than Gordon Ramsay.
