Arby's — Restaurant in Maryland

The 3 star rating for Google is "It's Okay"...for me that means, "It's okay, I know not all locations do this, you guys have recently had more bad days than good, but I have faith that because you carry the ARBY'S name, you will turn it around." This being one of my favorite fast food chains, I was highly disappointed. I must say it was the second-worst Arby's that I have been to in my 32 years of eating Arby's. My classic roast beef and cheddar... the bread was stale, the roast beef was slapped on the sandwich as if the person was allergic to it and couldn't touch it, the single spot of cheese was like glue holding the sandwich together, out of 4 orders of curly fries we had 2 that contained a curly fry (they were pieces), the buffalo sliders... the sauce must have slid off because they were dry, and the chicken sliders should be renamed for this location specifically as the super crisp because it was beyond hard. Still, I cannot give 1 star because I do not hate Arby's; however, as I started this post I gave it three stars, hence the "it's okay reference", but as I come to the conclusion of this review, I didn't like it. I didn't like taking the meat and spreading it out on the first sandwich too take a bite and find that it was stale bread that they used. I didn't like having to work through the frustration of a disappointing meal with my family after taking some of the food back and being let down a second time and having to tell my children "Just eat what you can, we will go somewhere else afterwards." Then in Frederick , Maryland I discovered Arby's nearby and on my app=free milkshake for my birthday

The Frederick Arby's is the best Arby's in Maryland

Staff helpful and always friendly & professional especially one of the managers Sindy & Carlos. Carlos is always helpful..suggests new sandwiches/new "meats". Because of him I rediscovered my favorite Arby's creation = the Gyro

If Arby's is not careful, a competitor will steal him and with him..his loyal Arby's customers

How Arby's hasn't lost both of them to a competitor is a modern miracle

it's strange to think that I've been eating at Arby's since the late '80s. things have changed and yet they stayed the same. when you order here. if you haven't been here in a while, you're not going to get anything other than meat and bread unless you have one of their market fresh sandwiches. if you just order a standard item, don't forget to ask for lettuce, tomato, pickle or whatever you would like.
