Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Maryland

I am allergic to Mango the fruit. I visited this location to get a nice cool beverage and specifically asked the gentleman "what is the orange flavored frozen beverage"? He replied "mango". I stated may I please have a strawberry and lemonade mix frozen beverage along with a cinnamon sugar pretzel. The gentleman then brings over to me a mango strawberry frozen beverage mix. It's a great thing that I noticed the orange color at the very top of the drink prior to taking my first sip or things would have been a disaster. It's very unfortunate that the worker wasn't paying attention or got this wrong. There were also other coworker yelling at one another due to another gentleman messing up another order for another customer and a young lady screamed loud from dipping the pretzel area, throw it away, you can not take anything back from a customer over the counter. It was too loud and the customers did not need to hear this nor witness this debate between employees. Highly unprofessional at this location. Will never revisit this less than poor...

The customer service is horrible at Cinnabon! Typo for Aunt Anne’s, my apologies I went to this place a while ago, not sure the time frame but, one of the managers who was named Maria I believe, had the nastiest attitude ever. She was extremely rude and acted terrible towards my sister and I, as if she was racist. I hope they shut this place down and start over with something else. I will never go back here again, and I’m going to see to it that nobody I know goes to this place either. St. Charles is a diverse, but prominently African American area, and there should be no room here for racism. All black people should stop giving business here, but I’m sure y’all won’t...

The freckled face girl always got an attitude for no reason. I asked another employee how long it would be for the specific one I wanted. She told me 10mins no problem then the freckles face girl who i remember from being rude many times b4 starts going off talking about why am I asking how long, we got stuff to do it's only 2 of us to the point where I said I don't need the pretzel that bad and left and 2 other parties did the same saying why is she acting like that. Won't be back and I hope anyone who has respect for themselves wouldn't lower there standards...
