Burnt pretzels, unfriendly workers, dirty. Half of the pretzels were burnt and the store was a mess. Fat filipino guy (as of August 29,2019) has 0 customer service and was very disrespectful. I had an online coupon and tried to use it but he said I couldn’t, so the coupon was wasted. He then proceeded to be very rude in his tone and diction. Would fire him...

Bunch of rude, dirty, foreigners who own and work at the place. Please go elsewhere to buy your food, their command of the english language is awful, they are RUDE and they can't read. I will never buy anything from them again. If I could have given them zero stars...
