Burger King — Restaurant in Maryland

My daughter has asked several times to go to Burger King to get the spicy chicken sandwich. We used the drive thru and it was a line but it went down quickly, I loved my drive thru experience. There was nothing but friendliness! I placed my order, wasn't rushed although I was in drive thru. I didn't pull close enough to the window so I was backing up and there was a car behind me so the young woman at the window said, wait wait and put her hand up to signal to me and the other driver to wait a second. She said, I didn't want you to hit them and didn't want them to hit you and she said well outside of that how are you today as she told me my total. I paid and she said, enjoy your day. I got around to the food window and he said, can I offer you any salt pepper ketchup and I said my daughter likes sauce (can't remember the name) he said sure no problem. I hope you enjoy your meal. I try to avoid this location if I can because it’s always busy and the drive thru never seems to be open (as was the case today) but I work close so sometimes I go out of necessity. Today I placed a mobile order for pickup in the drive thru and when I pulled up, the drive thru was closed. The parking lot was full and I was on a time crunch but I had already paid through the app so I had no choice but to go inside. My order was wrong which I didn’t understand how because I ordered through the app and specified what I wanted on my burger, but I didn’t make a big deal out of it and just asked for it to be remade. I ended up being late for work because what I intended to be a quick drive-thru pickup ended up taking a lot longer, and then I get back to work and find a hair in my food. From the looks of it, it was likely the girl who bagged my food because she had reddish-brown hair, but it’s definitely not mine as I am an AA woman and this is a non AA...

I wouldn't give this no stars honestly!!! THIS REVIEW IS SPECIFICALLY FOR NIGHT SHIFT. I NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE DAYSHIFT CREW HOWEVER TONIGHT WAS TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! FIRST LETS START OFF HOW THEY HAD ME IN DRIVE THRU FOR 10 MINUTES! TOLD ME " I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU" AND NEVER CAME BACK TO CHECK ON ME. SO I GO INSIDE WHICH WAS WORSE. THE "COOKERS" ARE LAUGHING AND CUSSING VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY WHEN PEOPLE ARE WAITING TO BE SERVED! THAN I PROCEED TO ORDER MY FOOD. MY WHOPPER MEAT WAS PINK ( DISGUSTING) THEY COOK ANOTHER ONE FOR ME BY THIS TIME I AM REGRETTING EVEN COMING HERE OR GIVING THEM MY MONEY. FRIES WERE NOT HOT! SERVICE - TRASH.
