My daughter has asked several times to go to Burger King to get the spicy chicken sandwich. We used the drive thru and it was a line but it went down quickly, I loved my drive thru experience. There was nothing but friendliness! I placed my order, wasn't rushed although I was in drive thru. I didn't pull close enough to the window so I was backing up and there was a car behind me so the young woman at the window said, wait wait and put her hand up to signal to me and the other driver to wait a second. She said, I didn't want you to hit them and didn't want them to hit you and she said well outside of that how are you today as she told me my total. I paid and she said, enjoy your day. I got around to the food window and he said, can I offer you any salt pepper ketchup and I said my daughter likes sauce (can't remember the name) he said sure no problem. I hope you enjoy your meal. Read moreI try to avoid this location if I can because it’s always busy and the drive thru never seems to be open (as was the case today) but I work close so sometimes I go out of necessity. Today I placed a mobile order for pickup in the drive thru and when I pulled up, the drive thru was closed. The parking lot was full and I was on a time crunch but I had already paid through the app so I had no choice but to go inside. My order was wrong which I didn’t understand how because I ordered through the app and specified what I wanted on my burger, but I didn’t make a big deal out of it and just asked for it to be remade. I ended up being late for work because what I intended to be a quick drive-thru pickup ended up taking a lot longer, and then I get back to work and find a hair in my food.
