Charlotte Russe — Local services in Wheaton

This is my favorite store for 10 years, I love stuff they sale, everything in each season just the employees are extremely Rude or they are always mad for something, every time that I go tho this store is the same Horrible attitude specially with kids or with Spanish people, the las 5 times that I have been there is always something especially the fitting rooms, but I understood, so today I went there again just because I love the clothes, but I felt really disappointed when one more time one of the employees treated me really bad, she was yelling me telling me the fitting room is out of service for “safety reason”but like I said is the SAME PROBLEM ALL THE TIME, and she was knocking on the door extremely loudly, in that moment I said OMG, she is really mad and I told her okay just give me a minute but she still was knocking on the door, i thought it’s my fault because I know how they are with costumers, and I said that because I hate drama or be in uncomfortable place but I just loved my 6 things that I was choose, that I spend $85.00 so after that I just decided to pay and get out of there bc I felt really stressed out, the cashier was okay, but the other lady was really disrespectful and rude so that’s why I said this is the last time that I’ll be in this store I would prefer say bye to this store but I’ll never going to let store employees treat me bad again, specially when they look you bad and discriminate just because we are Hispanics and they think we can’t tell them nothing because our first language is Spanish, and I think is really unfair because we are buying we are not asking for free things, the lady was the same that I sow in the other review. I wasn’t interested in any tops at all, but the jeans!! I’ve been scouring for those baggy jeans with an elastic waste and belt/tying thingy and I found them here!! Best find in a long time, and at a great price!

Now, about the service. I mean they were just indifferent at worst, preoccupied at best? It’s not like they were rude or anything, but I was 100% getting idfc vibes. As someone with social anxiety, I do like being left alone when I shop, but an obligatory “did you find everything ok” or “hi how are you” would’ve been fine. I am well aware that no one means it when they say those things, but like it’s just common service courtesy.

Travelled all the way from Canada super excited to shop at my favourite teen-era store, only to be greeted by two incredibly rude "sales people", who barely bothered to look up from their phones, to shout across the store that the fitting rooms were closed. When I asked why, the other girl rolled her eyes and said they "didn't have the keys that day". The only thing that keeps people actually going into malls is the ability to try things on and interact with actual humans. If you're going to keep such rude and disrespectful people at your store, then it becomes clear why everyone is ordering...
