Today I placed my order online around 8:16 pm and I went to pick up my order at 8:32, to which an employee responded that it was too late to pick it up and that they had already thrown everything away because they were already They had closed, in which their schedules specify that their closing is at 9:00 pm and the online orders were open, I find the service very bad because they made me feel that it was my fault and apart from the expense of time and gasoline that which is very high due to inflation and I still have to return tomorrow for my refund, more time and gas expense, definitely a very bad experience and most likely I don't think they will pay attention to this comment because to the great company that you are, but do not forget that for every consumer that we have spent to consume your products it has made you a great company, but I hope that more than someone reads it and understands what happened to me today. and of course one more customer who will no longer spend on their products, I just hope they give me my money back, the only thing missing is that they say that online recharges are...

Soon after Christmas when we got back to work and started coming here again, we noticed a sudden decline in the overall quality and efficiency at the store. The same baristas that would happily greet us before always seem depressed and overworked now. We're waiting longer for our drinks to be made. The mood in the store feels different enough for it to be brought up at work and we've collectively decided to stop going to this location. I heard about a management change, not sure if that's what this is all about... either way I've realized I hate to support a company that is okay with treating their employees like trash and in turn handing over products that's quality don't match the price. I hope they turn this around because going here was sometimes the highlight of my day, but I can't bring myself...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would never return to this location. The store is filthy and disgusting starting at the door. There were grease marks and fingerprints all over it. Upon entering, the counter was dirty with spills some of them dried up already and the self serve station was in disarray. The staff was very rude and had me wait with no acknowledgement she and another employee laughed and joked around for almost 5 minutes until I lost my patience and spoke up. Even still she had the audacity to have an attitude with me stating āyou have to be patient ā. Really?!! She huff and rolled her eyes and asked what I wanted to order. With so many red flags š© At that point it was clear I do not want to spend my money here and even if it was free I would not even drink from such a disgusting and rudely sad place.
