Danny's Carryout — Restaurant in Maryland

I was staying at the red roof Inn in oxon hill md. I ordered my food from this place at 4:39pm on March 3rd and took a screenshot of the confirmation number, with the my whole food order and when it would arrive, which said it would be 5:34pm. So I waited and time went by and it was 6:04 pm and no one showed up. So I called the store asking about my order and the lady I guess was looking for it. I told her that I had a confirmation number to help her look for it and she asked if I ordered online and I told her Yes! She said that she JUST checked the online order while I was on the phone and told me that I should have called my order in because she forget to check the online orders. I'm like well had I know that then I wouldn't have ordered online at all and why offer online ordering if you dont really use it.. but all I got was a sorry and my food will be there in 45 mins. So i order at 4:39 pm and didn't get my food until 7 something. I also left a tip with my online order which I wish I could have taken back. So I got no discount or my money back and still had to pay full price for my meal because they couldn't look at there online orders. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Extremely rude had 3 of us waiting for 5 minutes to take our order while the guy was sitting at the counter playing on the computer. Empty store just us. Almost walked out as he calls us back. Order came out wrong for 2 out of 3 of us because the guy was I don’t know? distracted. was very dismissive and rude right from the start. Never looked away from his computer the entire time never looked one of us in the eye once. 2 of the orders where incomplete/wrong so we offered the money to pay the difference to the girl that brought up the orders. She proceeded to recount our orders back to us like little children or something, turned her back on us and just walked off.
