I wonât be ordering from here ever again and Iâve called corporate.
We ordered pizza through the app last Friday night, and forgot to add something so I called it in. The guy seemed high on the phone, which is fine, if he could actually take the orders.
I added what was supposed to be a pan pizza with hearty marinara sauce and pepperoni. I received a pan pizza with NO sauce and pineapple.
When I called back, the same guy answered the phone and I told him my order was incorrect. He rushed me off the phone and assured me they would send the correct pizza. I received another pan pizza with NO sauce but w pepperoni.
Fast-forward to today, I decided to call to ask a question about the pan pizza since the options online arenât the same as in the app. I explained the above situation and was immediately handed to a manager before getting to ask the question. The manager then asked for the # the pizza was ordered under and I gave it to him. He then started getting loud and speaking over me; he claimed that I did in fact order the pineapple pizza w no sauce and that it was my fault and I was wrong and that they were busy but that he has to honor complaints. I literally couldnât get a word in. I simply wanted to ask if the pan pizza could come w the sauce option I wanted before placing a new order for today since last time it was wrong TWICE. He wouldnât let me speak or ask a question so I hung...

I placed a carryout order on the Domino's app and opted to pay at the store. I arrived to find the doors were locked. Someone unlocked the door and said, No one was allowed in the store. I said, I'm here to pick up my pizza. As I reached for a form of payment, the cashier awkwardly and quickly made it known they don't accept cash. I gave her my debit card. As she was coming to the door with my order, a customer came back from his car asking if he left his phone there. She said, no you didn't and we can't let you in. She handed me my order without my receipt. I went to my car to check my pending purchases and nothing showed up. I checked again when I got home. I found I was over charged so I called the store multiple times with no answer.
It's weird that the doors were locked, they didn't accept cash, no receipt with my order and I was over charged. It's hard to over charge someone with the total already entered in the system.
How this store managed to get three stars is beyond me. I used to order pizza once a week from this place but there are better options. Ledos and Papa Johns are a little future down Georgia Ave. Aldi has large pizzas for $6 and they taste better. You can go to Mamma Lucia which is a little pricey but they won't "over...
