From her warm greeting to the way she executed every detail with finesseâš, Magdalena delivered an experience far beyond what youâd expect from a typical coffee stop.
I placed a mobile orderâ#004âfor a Pistachio Shakinâ Espresso with a few custom touches: a large with whole milk đ„, four pumps of pistachio swirlđ°, four sugars, whipped creamđŠ, and two bold shots of espressoâĄ. What I received was not just a drinkâit was a masterpiece. The texture was luxuriously smooth, the sweetness was perfectly layered, and the pistachio flavor came through rich and refinedânot artificial or overpowering. The espresso added just the right depth, giving the drink a velvety finish that felt more like a handcrafted specialty beverage than something from a fast-paced chain. As far as I'm concerned, food is to be served until closing, my diabetic mother needed something to eat and she is also missing a gallbladder like myself, and dunkin donuts has always been our go to when we are too busy with work to sit and get a proper meal. There was nowhere around this facility that specified their food service was limited and closed by X time. This location has also treated me disrespectfully in the past when I was down after my father passed away and I was craving some donuts to cheer me up. The lady at the drive thru was very impatient and rude, scoffing and giving me an attitude because I hadn't made my choice after 1 minute of telling her to give some time because I wasn't familiar with the menu. This place needs new management and should retrain the employees to provide better customer service. Maybe it was just that employee but I would be very concerned if someone was working for me and caused customers to not come back. I only came back here because I gave it the benefit of the doubt. After today, I will not be coming to this location. As far as I was concerned, when you're working somewhere that provides food, the food is served until the location closes and you begin to clean up AFTER closing hour. I don't recommend this place. This is the only location that has given me problems....
   Read moreI have had several problems at this location. I have been greatly disrespected by the staff at this location and spoke to the owner on three separate occasions. One time, an employee messed up my order FIVE times and when I complained, she acted like she didnât know what I was talking about and the manager tried to cover it up by giving me two donuts. I still did the survey and the owner apologized and called me. Another time, another employee screamed at me when I asked her a question about my coffee because all three were wrong. When I yelled and threw a fit after I had to go back to the location twice, she almost cried and the manager got involved. I wanted my money back because my mother was very upset, but the manager said no since the owner had to authorize it. I did surveys on how bad the staff here is, but all that was done was be offered a free meal. I will never come back to this location because it is not worth the headache.
