Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

I have been a regular customer at multiple DD stores for many years, but this was the first time I was treated poorly. I ordered 3 boxes of jo to carry out. When I went in to pick up the coffee I was greeted by a very nice attendant. As I was getting ready to leave, I noticed there were not very many creamers in the bag. (certainly not enough for 40 to 60 cups of coffee). I asked for more, and a manager stepped up to the counter and abruptly said they gave me 60 creamers and that was all they would give because they only give 20 creamers per box of Joe. I started laughing because I thought she was joking but she wasn't. I said there is no way this is enough creamer for three boxes, and she very reluctantly (and with a scowl on her face) grabbed another handful or two and tossed them in another bag and handed them to me before walking away. I asked her for a few more but she she refused. When I said most people use two to three creamers per cup, she snapped at me and turned her back and walked away. It was the first time ever somebody had walked away from me in such a rude manner and without without even thanking me for the order. I walked out and became angry, so I went through the drive-thru and explained that I really would like to have some more creamer for my coffee and then I drove up and the manager was at the window and said she wouldn't give it to me. I would have to pay for it. She was completely unprofessional and very nasty in her demeanor. I do not recommend ever supporting this place. There are plenty of other DD's around, but avoid this one...

This is the worst Dunkin ever. If you’re able to make the extra five minute drive and go to the one in downtown oc, DO IT!!! . They’ve actually remade my whole order for free because this one, the one I got it from, refused to remake it because THEY didn’t give me a receipt and got everything wrong.

dunkin food is so good yet they ruin it every single time. I ordered two things and they had me pull around and park this time. Of course, my hashbrowns were burnt, almost black, and my bagel minis were freezing on the inside. The people that work there are mindless idiots that belong in an Amazon warehouse not anywhere near food. Every time I go to this location, I remind myself why I never go to this location😭 The employees suck, the food sucks. and they have horrible customer service . They need completely new management. this is how you LOSE business. Especially when this area has a lot of good breakfast options. For cheaper prices...

The person taking my order sounded as if she was high on something. This should have been a warning right off the bat. I went to order a veggie egg white flatbread sandwich. I was told they no longer carried them? I ordered maple sugar bacon on a croissant. I was told, they didn't have maple sugar bacon, but, they did have black pepper bacon. So I ordered black pepper bacon with egg and cheese croissant. Then, I asked for an old fashion donut. They didn't have any. Lastly, I asked for Coldbrew cold foam with cream and mocha. I received the Coldbrew that tasted watered down. The crossiant I ordered, turned into a wrap. How many times do you need to say, 'crossiant'? The best thing was the donut substitute that I requested, which was a Boston Cream. Needless, to say, I WAS...
