DO NOT ORDER THRU THE MOBILE APP IN THIS LOCATION. I ordered ahead of time through mobile and selected "Walk-in" option so I can skip the Drive thru line. I was thinking I was going to be in and out. When I got there was a hand written sign that say "Lobby is closed". I was going to fall in line to the drive thru until the woman who was parked near me said she order online as well and she was going to call so they can bring her order out. Maybe 3 minutes later somebody went out and hand the lady their order. Another lady who was just got there got in the lobby of the store and was in and out 3 minutes with her coffee. I was the last car in the drive thru so I backed up and parked. I called the number 3 times and no one answered. Another woman pulled up and I told them the lobby is closed. The woman said just knock because they do this every weekend. So I knocked, an employee came and told me that I have to go thru the drive thru even though I order thru mobile and close the door on me. At this point I was 10 - 15 mins in trying to get a coffee I already order and paid for. If I go thru the drive thru that will be another 10-15. At this point I dont even want the coffee I just want a refund so I kept knocking. They kept ignoring. I knocked louder and finally another employee (looked like the manager) came to the door. Told me not to bang on the door and said somebody just had a seizure. Maybe it's true that someone had a seizure but according to the people in the parking lot I feel like their coming up with I lame excuse. I said look I ordered online and their Dunkin Donut location should have not have the "walk-in" option enabled if customers cannot walk-in. The second employee let me in and I told him I dont even want my order I just want my refund. There were about 8 or 9 employees there and yelling at me. I was yelling back to defend myself and thinking this is not worth to go through for a cup of coffee. If there was an emergency they should have 1 person outside telling people that they cannot take orders right now due to medical emergency rather than blowing people off. I was there for a total of 30 mins trying to get 1 cup of brewed coffee (Not the fancy coffee) there were no sighting of an ambulance or heard any siren. I got the refund and finally got out of there. GO TO THIS LOCATION AT YOUR OWN RISK. From the people I came across at the parking lot who are local to Eldersburg/Sykesville area and from reading the reviews online this location is badly managed and the owner is inept to run a...
Read moreI give one star because their specialty are donuts and coffee so they should at least be doing that right. EVERY time I order a cold mocha coffee I literally get a plain cold coffee with about an inch of syrup on the bottom. What’s the point of adding a flavor if it’s just sitting at the bottom of your cup? I have even asked at the speaker to please make sure they stir it up. They don’t mix it AT ALL. If you try to stir it yourself in your car, it makes a big mess. When I ask them to stir it at the window, they literally take the cup and move it in a circular motion and hand it right back to me. They also seem to have an attitude that I’m even asking them to stir it. It’s like pouring Hershey syrup in your cup of milk and never stirring it. Then drinking a plain cup of milk until you get to the bottom where all the flavor is sitting. Unfortunately, I have only ever been to one Dunkin’ Donuts in Linthicum that stirs it every time and I get a good cup of mocha coffee. It’s sad that they don’t even really care to do it right even when you specifically ask. And being a new location you would think they would strive to do a good job. Is it the worst thing in the world? No. But if you’re going to advertise for something then you should at least make sure you are preparing it the way you said and not make someone feel like an inconvenience when they’re asked...
Read moreI went to buy 25 blueberry munchkins and when I got home I had a box of 25 mixed munchkins. I had to drive all the way back to the store to return them and I asked why I wasn’t told about this. They told me we are sorry and that they could sell me blueberry donuts. I told them no I want what I paid for and that’s what I want. They didn’t offer any sort of compensation for having me drive all the way back up to the store and return something that I didn’t ask for. We come to this location all the time and I think it’s time to stop going because of the terrible business they provide. You should always be upfront with a customer and go above and beyond if you make a mistake. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this location because of how they conduct business. I also had one of the employees giving me dirty looks because I brought the donuts back. I was friendly calm and collective when telling them that they should have just been upfront and told me that they don’t have that many blueberry munchkins available. I would have been fine with that and told them no thank you but instead they give me something I didn’t want or pay for and then on top of it, have one of their employees give me a dirty look for me brining back the munchkins I...
