Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

This location has the worst customer service in town. I have visited this location on several occasions and each time the customer service seems to get worse. I used my mobile app to place my order, when I arrived I said hello, provided my name and I was yet again greeted with an attitude by a young lady that seems as if she just doesn't not want to work. I told her my name again and her response very rudely was "Drive up" , I replied I'm sorry can you repeat that and she advised this time "Drive to the window" which I did. When I asked to whom was I speaking with each employee that was there (no less than 5)stated they didn't know who responded to me which I find very hard to believe being two of the young ladies had headsets on taking orders. When I asked for a manager I was then advised they stepped away. Let's just say I would NEVER visit this location again even if the coffee was free. ...

This location never gets it right. It doesn’t matter how many times I ask for less ice, they still give me heaps of ice. To make matters worse, whenever you order the snackin bacon, it’s always burnt and cold with old grease stuck to it. There have been times I’ve ordered a mobile order for a walk-in, and then they can’t figure out where my order is.

Whenever I order the iced coffee, it’s never sweet. And I always have to ask them to remake it. And when they do remake it, they still seem to remake it wrong. Today was the last day for me. The positive, the manager is always nice, and willing to accommodate. I just feel bad because his staff never can seem to get it right...

I deliver for DoorDash and in the mornings, orders are frequent at this location. The staff are always kind, always; I should note that first. The trouble however is as a Dasher, this location severely slows the process. Pulling into the parking lot can be difficult anyway and once you're in there, it's always like a congested city street. Most importantly, as a Dasher, I have to wait in line, place the order, and wait, adding time to the delivery and away from other potential deliveries. I don't know if the manual ordering limitation is Dunkin' wide or if it's location specific, but this needs to change. There should also be designated parking for those picking up...
