Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

The employees here were very friendly at the drive thru but that's where the good ends here. I ordered a Dunkachinno and it was so watered down it didn't have much taste at all. But that's bc the machine was either low on mix or clogged, either way the employee wouldn't have known that. Then we ordered a dozen donuts after making sure they had 2 specific kinds of donuts, chocolate iced and cinnamon, only to get down the road on a 19 hour road trip to find out the donuts we asked for were not the ones we wanted. On top of that 2 of my daughters tried the donuts we got and took 1 bite and literally didn't want them at all. I then had to try them to see for myself why my kids wouldn't eat them and they just weren't soft and fresh tasting like we ate used to at our Dunkin Donuts back home. To make matters worse bc we were on a road trip and I wasn't going to turn back and go back to this location I stopped at the next Dunkin Donuts we came across which was maybe 10-15 min away on Bel Air Rd, they informed me they couldn't do anything about it and were very rude and unwilling to help even after explaining the situation, although they said they were owned by the same people. So after returning home I contacted the number on my receipt who then referred me to the local store customer service manager who essentially has done nothing about the situation either but saying sorry you had a bad experience. No refund offered, no coupons etc, just sorry you wasted $16 on our products that weren't able to be ate and wasn't even what you ordered. Just glad I dont live near this Dunkin...

I have visited this establishment more than once and never had an issue until today when I ordered munchkins....halfway through the count she was basically grabbing my donuts with her bare hands!...she is accepting money making coffee and things of the sort with this same hand....I asked her to put gloves on which is what she should have done from the jump and she instantly got irritated!....tossed the old box on the counter and grabbed a glove and another box....boxed my donuts and literally DROPPED them on the counter!...I went to hand her my money and she snatched it....that’s when I had to check her....but you want a tip and you have exceptional customer service?!....NOT!.....and to think it really is that easy for one bad apple to spoil the bunch!....I asked for a manager and she act like she knew nothing about what I was talking about which led me here!....the fact that I was still on the clock saved...

Over the yrs, I've gone into this Dunkin' Donuts at 201 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204 and noticed a nasty attitude from one worker in particular but I always shrugged it off. ** Today, I finally took issue with her because she lifted up the table I rested my bag on and insisted that I move it, while I was taking out money to place my order. * I told her I would move in a second but she followed up by arguing so when I responded everything turned even more unpleasant. * The workers are either Indian or Pakistani and based on today and other times, I think there's some RACIAL BIAS from them towards...
