DO NOT GO HERE!!! My freinds and I were shopping here and the employees where extremely rude. I got changed in one of there outfits and went in my freinds dressing room to show her. When we were talking about the outfit we could here two employees whispering about us and said, “Why can’t they just stay in there own dressing room?” and “there probably trying to steal stuff.” because my freind brought her backpack. I decided to ingnore them but they continued to talk about us for the duration of the 20 minutes we where there. Also there Apple Pay does not work and there clothes...

I have really liked their new location outside of the main mall. They have been very helpful with finding specific items and managing returns. Free People as a company has limited in-store inventory so I call ahead sometimes to ask if they have what I’m looking for. They’re always very kind and let me know if they have the item in-store.
