Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

I hope you guys really like cream!! And by that I mean I hope you like spending $3 on a cup of iced milk. I've been going to this dunkin pretty regularly, maybe 3 times a week, for the past 8 months or so. It's the only one with a drive thru between my house and my job. In all of that time, I've been satisfied with my order maybe twice. I order the same thing almost every time. A medium caramel iced coffee, cream and sugar. Sometimes extra caramel. I've gotten no sugar, no caramel, the wrong flavor, almost every time. But the biggest problem I have, 97% of the time, the "coffee" they hand me is white. It looks like the filled the thing with cream, and then put maybe two drops of actual coffee into it. This morning I'd had enough. When they handed me my cup of iced milk, I asked them to make it again, with half the amount of cream they used the first time. I got handed back a cup that was maybe a shade darker, with no caramel and no ice. How do you forget the ice in an iced coffee?? Save your money, y'all. Gonto the wawa...

I’ve been coming to this location for years, they have all new staff who are not very welcoming. Sighing and huffing as if my business is an inconvenience, never have I had this happen at a business. Not only that I got there 40 minutes before they closed and tried ordering a small chocolate milkshake only to be turned down saying the ice cream portion is closed. It’s a dunkin/baskin robins duplex so why would the hours be listed the same for both if the BR half closes before the Dunkin half? I guess they just didn’t feel like making my milkshake So still trying to have a positive insight I get my usual coffee due to working overnights to them having an attitude rolling their eyes and singing loudly I have no idea what the issue was but the service and professionalism was terrible and my coffee was BARELY EVEN WARM. 2 times in a row got my drink wrong which is sad b.c a lot of the workers here give amazing service I wish I knew his name the newer guy is excellent and when he’s working your order is spot on with amazing service but some of the other workers will just not listen to how you wanted it made and put way too much cream in it so that the coffee is nearly white and barely any ice when I wanted extra so it’s like drinking watered down coffee milk. The team needs to be briefed on following details b.c the inconsistency makes me hesitant to go when I don’t know how my drink is going to taste I don’t want to complain and have it remade that’s stressful to a customer I have gotten waited on by the white female who gave me a nasty look b.c I asked for my coffee to be fixed b.c it wasn’t made the way...
