Service/Atmosphere: Typical food truck service. She didn't speak English but I appreciate her using Google translate to make it work. We live during great times that she can share her delicious food with us without speaking the same language.

Food: It was fantastic and it hit the spot. Loved the jumbo quesadilla and Californian tacos (birria). The sauce the tortilla was grilled in was perfectly flavored. Lengua was delicious in the tacos. This food truck is at a great spot. Right by a busy road and across from a shopping center. Overall, the food came out in a timely manner. I got the chicken flautas (okay with the beans on side but wouldn’t get again), cheese pupusas (pretty solid and would order again), chicken torta (also good), chicken empanada (would not get again, wasn’t warned it came with cheese inside). There isn’t anywhere to sit so your food would need to be to go.

Second location visited the taste is absolutely authentic this time I got chicken birria tacos and chorizo Empanadas I did not like them as much as the Sopes. I thought they were a little dry. I wish there was more cremma and cheese inside the Empanadas. Again there was that little plastic bag of delicious sauce but that bag is so hard to open and will definitely be a mess in the car it's so spicy why not use a container.
